Rory listened to our requirements for a new kitchen and some landscaping, and recommended an excellent designer/architect and builders to us based on those needs: the designer/architect provided us with a thorough scope of work enabling us to carry out our works without a project manager, and the builders were timely, responsive and good quality. We are very happy with the outcome and with Rory’s recommendations. He helped us navigate our way to locating and sourcing quality professionals and knew exactly what we needed. I would use him without hesitation in bigger renovations as well, where I think his expertise at project management (over his excellent knowledge of local tradespeople!) would come into play.
