Bought my KWA ronin T10 after spending a good couple of hours testing out other rifs on the in house range, Staff was more than happy to help me pick the right rif.Staff are very welcoming and friendly with a good knowledge of all aspects of air soft,Will be using them in the future.

Sent out an item that is different to the one advertised on there website. Arranged a return but they refuse to refund the postage either way due to the nature of the return" erm its not as described maybe go and read the consumer rights act its only the law??? Mind blown!"

Ordered online and been in store. Online deliveries arrive quickly and well packaged to avoid damaging the sensitive parts and I didn't think they could get better. However I went in store as I was having trouble fitting the engine in a certain RIF (as I expected it was the weird shell) all the staff were super friendly and chilled. I took my tools as I thought they'd sell me the parts and maybe talk me through it but he just took it off me and did it in front of of me.I needed some extra bits while I was there and they have a well stocked store front with everything online in the warehouse behind.They also sell loads of warhammer and amazing rc cars. I could spend alot of time and money there.Customer toilet there too which is good, if you've driven a fair way like me. :)

Poor customer service. Sent out wrongly labelled magazines with much lower capacity than stated. Acted like it was my fault the items were wrong. Did accept a return but would not refund the cost of the orders postage which contained all the wrong items. Will not be returning

Very helpful, well run establishment, wouldn’t go to another store for any of my Airsoft needs, staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable, capable of answering and sorting any issues! Only issue is you go in for airsoft parts and come away with an RC cars too!..
