Had a kitchen fitted on 26th February and it’s now 26th may and still not finished, site manager keeps saying he’s coming back to finish the job but never turns up.I’ve phoned the md group and spoke to another manager called Steve and he said he would sort it and it’s still the same, nothing being done.westward paid for a kitchen to be fitted, I think they should get there money back and pay compensation to the tenants that’s stuck in waiting for them to turn up and they don’t turn up. Tenants been made to waiting when they have to cancel their appointments for nothing.Staff don’t communicate with each and I’ve been told that the job has been signed off and it’s not even finished. I have photos of all the work that’s not done and think of taking it to trading standards as its taking to long, was told it would take 10 days to finish. I will be giving westward another call to see if they can sort it again

So I did a few days work for these guys. I sat in the office for most of it as nothing was ready for me. When they sent me out to a job, they provided nothing at all. No parking permit, access equipment etc just an empty van. When I left they didn't pay me and had me on the phone waiting for days before finally not approving my time sheet. I began legal proceedings and then they payed me just for 1 day to keep me quiet so here I am telling my story. Worst company I've ever worked for by far

They bodge jobs, don't follow up with customers. Avoid and use a different company. 4 visits for 1 simple shower replacement is a joke.

Absolute disgrace, had a leaking bath and for some of your guys to come over and do whatever they did and then to leave and say its fixed" but it's still broken!!They didn't put the bath panel back on or screw my toilet back to the wall!!Not to mention how impolite some of your workers are!! Its just absolutely appalling and il be taking my complaint further"

Absolutely terrible customer service, very un-helpful in regards to how long work would take. Insisted on the need to take a whole day off of work for work that actually took 2 hours. Workmen were fine when they were here and quick.Receptionist very rude and unwilling to help when speaking to over the phone.

Steer clear if you appreciate your home. Called out for a plumbing leak in Jan, 18 appointments on, 3 replacement ceilings, dry walls and floors plus new water tank and still have the same leak as I started with. No customer service or duty of care, happy to leave jobs half finished. Avoid at all costs

My housing association keeps on sending these clowns. They can't fix intermittent faults, they fit the wrong size of shower screen and damage the tiles while doing so. They sub contract to urban flooring who are worse than useless. Despite the housing association telling me they had sent emails the operations manager knew nothing of what stage repairs were at when he called.Now we have had a supervisor and a surveyor in the past month who both pretended to be working on the problem of a shower screen they vandalised in April and we are still waiting for a replacement for. Don't get old or need care in Bristol, you will be sent to a cowboy housing association and be messed about by cowboy builders.

Not worth 1 star, has ruined my home with below standard work, rude, no consideration for residents, enter your premises without permission. A job which should of taken a few months is now 1 yr 3 months in with no hope of the work being rectified properly!

Landlord hired this company to fit a new kitchen in middle of November 2020. Now middle January 2021 and still not finished. Never kept us informed on what was happening and when. Days where no work was carried out. Electricians wired up a socket wrong. Even turned up with a tester and confirmed it was working correctly (Wasn't the correct tester for the job)..until the pictures I had taken proved them wrong, they finally rectified the issue.The on site manager (which one) was useless. Just tells you stuff they think you want to hear.Avoid like the plague. If they quote cheaper than other companies,its cheap for a reason.

If I could rate them a 0 I would have. I have been living in a house without a working shower for nearly 5 months. Have had 2 workers out to fit a new shower but they turn up without the equipment and say they can't do the job.I have had mould in my house for 2 years and they have ignored all of my reports and no one has done anything about it.I had leaks which have only just been fixed after over a year and 4 different plumbers out for the same leak. Now I have leak damage on my ceiling which 2 plasteres have been out for and refuse to do the job as apparently it contains asbestos.I have numerous other issues in my property which have been reported so many times and ignored. Worst service ever. Do not recommend.
