M34 Mobility

Have been in today to see Amie and she could not have been more helpful. Absolutely great, talked us through everything, demonstrated taking apart and putting back together on both scooters I was looking at, so nice and a real star. It was my first time out in quite some time too! Got lots of other clever bits and pieces that will make life easier too. Honestly if you want good, friendly, helpful service and would rather support an independent business then look no further. So good that servicing etc is all handled by her too so will always know where I'm up to. prices are so reasonable too!

This company they sold me two faulty scooters to me and my husband we are both old age pensioners, when we told them they were faulty they threatened us and even came to our house to abuse us they never refunded us a penny, they stole our money. The owner Amie Harper Hartshorn is bankrupt and is nasty person to deal with especially if you are vulnerable like me and my husband her girlfriend is also a nurse for the NHS is no better and turned up at our door to threaten us, when we try to speak out they bullied us into silence, do not buy from them choose somewhere else I wish we did.

I have no hesitation in awarding fie stars to Marple Mobility, for their friendly and excellent service.I had been looking for a suitable portable scooter for some time on line, eBay etc.I even went to Birmingham to pick up a Pride Go chair. I paid far more than it was worth, and found it to be too heavy for my needs when I got it home.I answered an ad for Quingo. (I honestly believe them to be the best available.)The ad offered contract hire on all models, which included everything including insurance and breakdown for thr two or three year contract.For some reason I couldn't have the contract hire.I was given a test drive on a big scooter, (brilliant, I was impressed,) but I wanted something to fit in the car, and I didn't want to own it. The salesman wanted me to buy it,(£5000.00 plus.)Then the sun shone on me, and I was pointed towards Marple Mobility.I only live 4 miles from there, so I went down and met Dan and Amie.Impressed!Within half an hour, I had taken a test drive on a brilliant machine, which was perfect for me, and woul fit my needs perfectly.They delivered it to me the same day, and even gave me something for the Go chair and took it away for me.My machine looked new, but Dan had re conditioned it, so it only cost me £250.00 (Bargain!)To sum up, if you have any mobility needs, look at Marple Mobility first ans save yourself time and money.Dan and Amie, it's a pleasure to do business with you. I promise, I will be back for other mobility needs in the future.

Kind and friendly service both in person and via messages. Brilliant equipment for amazing prices. Would recommend to anyone needing assistance at home. Willing to take their time with each customer explaining the different types of equipment available and listening to the customers needs to ensure they get the equipment most suitable to them. Can not recommend this shop to anyone they sell faulty items, then when your disabled relative wants a refund they send threats and do not refund you, they use racist abuse towards previous customers. They scammed money from my vulnerable auntie, so please be carful and buy from someone else.

Bought a scooter yesterday, had an issue with it, Aimee came round, took it away, called me to explain the fault, fixed it and brought it back within 2 hours. Explained what happened and advised how to avoid in the future. Could not be happier with the service from Aimee and Ronnie. Thank you again

Purchased a scooter for myself as I broken my foot, Amie was helpful and polite when I asked the seller to send me as much info on scooters as possible. It was also delivered as I could not drive to pick the scooter up. Everything was explained on how to oporate the scooter and where the charger goes, was a polite experience all in all. Would recomend & thank you!!

aime is very knowledgeable about her products. a family member has had an accident and needed a scooter to give her some freedom again, I contacted aime and she give us expert advice rather then trying to up sell us she pointed us in the direction of a scooter that was perfect for my family member. we was looking at a more expensive product but it was not fit for her needs. as an independent bussiness it's amazing to see that customers are more important than making more money. due to my schedule i was only able to collect the product on the day the shop was closed (Wednesday) and aime and her partner come and opened in the evening for me to collect the scooter. i will be a repeat customer at this shop due to the amazing service thank you aime your amazing and Carol loves her scooter :)

Great helpful service - bought scooter for my mum from M34 Mobility and it has been used nearly everyday for a year. Amie came to give it a 12 months service last week and managed to fit it in at the weekend - really thorough overhaul of the scooter and helpful advice - would definitely recommend
