What a fantastic company!My wife and I had been talking about buying a motorhome for as long as I can remember.Before committing, we decided to take one for a test run to see if we like the overall experience.From the moment we arrived at Peter Roberts Caravans & Motorhomes, we were treated with dignity and respect.It didn't matter who we bumped into; everyone was on their game to make us feel welcomed and valued, from the cleaners to the CEOs.We appreciated their low-key, zero-pressure approach. There's a long-lost, family-company atmosphere that is hard to find these days but we found it again at Peter Roberts Caravans.The ladies in the office are so friendly, Thank you, Tracy; we appreciate the tips on getting the best deal the next time we want to hire.I must take a moment for a special mention of Maya. I didn't find out till after our trip that she's the boss's daughter.Maya was the one who showed us around our motorhome. Even though she's probably done the same thing hundreds of times, she spoke to us passionately, always ensuring we understood everything and never giving the impression that we were asking dumb questions. She really made us feel like we were her first customers. Thank you, Maya!As for the motorhome experience...It was fantasticThe vehicle was in tip-top condition, super clean, and well-maintained. Drove a very comfortable 60-65mph on the motorway and the occasional 70mph when I needed it. It felt like driving a big comfortable car. It was a bit noisy with all the pots and pans rattling in the back, but you get used to it after a while.We drove to North Wales (see the pics) and had a great time. Never been so relaxed or felt so free.Ultimately, we decided to hire would be better than buying a motorhome and look forward to doing it again... we're hooked, so if you're thinking about hiring, do it.I highly recommend this company for your motorhome experiences. They are honest, respectable and a true reflection of what props up our country... small family businesses.Give them a try; you won't be disappointed..

We rented a Motorhome from lovely, welcoming staff. Tracy and Christian were very helpful and knowledgable. We had a great two weeks in Norfolk.

We always hire from Peter ROBERTS, we have done since 2014.The service is always aimed at looking after the customer and our last handover on 24th August 2023 which was with Christian, made us feel even more comfortable and knowledgeable, with the info he provided us with.The motorhome catered for ALL our needs and really was, HOME from HOME.Overall, we’re very happy, as usual.

We hired a T Line 740 for 10 nights for our tour of Scotland in the summer. There were 2 adults and 1 child and we found there to be plenty of room. Christian dealt with us from our initial enquiry right through to when we returned the motorhome. He was very helpful, explaining how everything worked and also offering suggestions about which motorhome may work best for us and he showed us around several. The motorhome was spotless and very comfortable and we very much enjoyed hiring it. Will definitely use again.

Christian was excellent during the handover. He was the reason we hired the motorhome in the first place. We called to have a look at the Roller Team T Line 740 and Christian took the time to explain this and other models. We decided to hire the vehicle to test if we wanted to move from a caravan to a motorhome.As stated during the handover Christian took the time to explain everything, we felt confident that we could operate all the equipment safely. The motorhome was in excellent condition, clean and contained all the necessary equipment for your adventure. I particularly liked the emergency kit and the fact that all equipment was neatly packed away in bags (electric cable, outside shower, levelling blocks). I would certainly hire a vehicle again from Peter Roberts and would feel confident purchasing a motorhome from them. Well done team Roberts!
