Customer service was bad, online prices are different from in-store also. When asked why he said you can pick and feel the bat but when you only have one of the bats theres not much to choose. The guy should go on a customer service course.

Can only speak from personal experience as a player and as a programme coordinator but Cicada have been outstanding for many years in their service. From being Cardiff Metropolitan University’s kit supplier some years they were second to none in them quality of clothing but also being reliable and proactive around deliveries times. Inevitably any kit supplier is in the hands of overseas travel challenges, so whilst sometimes things were delayed we always felt like we knew what was going on and knew we would be looked after.On a personal playing front, some kit providers try to go too overboard and flashy with their equipment. Having used Cicada products for 9-10 years at National Counties level I have never had an issue with their quality which is excellent and traditional in nature. Bats, pads and gloves in particular have been durable and comfortable with absolutely no issues.Would highly recommend if you’re looking for kit that will be value for money and will last.

We had an issue with the first bat we bought here and it was replaced free of charge without quibble. They have offered great advice that we required.

Ordered a new balance bat for my 9 year old son’s birthday. The order was accepted. 4 days later I receive an email to be told they cannot supply it. I missed my son’s birthday as a result. Perhaps I should have taken notice of the strangely high number of poor reviews before choosing to buy from this company. I won’t make the same mistake twice.

Highly satisfied with the customer service. Had an issue with my GM 909 cricket bat. They sent it back and got it repaired immediately. I wasn't fully satisfied so they offered me a replacement bat. Good service and reliable. Highly recommended.
