My family have used this chip shop for the best part of 40 years. It is run by the same family that ran it when I was a child. It has always knocked spots off of every other local chippy in our opinion. Lovely food!

Arguably the best fish and chips in Southend, always freshly prepared. Generous portion sizes, reasonably priced, the staff are helpful and friendly.Highly recommended.

Solid chippy, freshly made fish and chips and all the other options to boot.Friendly staff, not entirely sure on the charging Vs the menu. However the fish and chips tasted good and healthy portions.

My wife and I will not eat anywhere else. The chips are always crisp and cooked to perfection with no oil (grease) running off them. The fish too is cooked perfectly. We have been buying from fish inn for years now. We have bought from a number of the other's on this site but none come close to them. The small cod is bigger that the large in some of the other f & c shops. In fact we would rather travel home for F & Cs from Fish Inn then buy it elsewhere now days as we know what we are getting.

Lovely fish and chips served with a smile. My order is always haddock and chips. For our family of three, two fish and one large chips is plenty! The fish is crisp and never too greasy. Fabulous!

Called in the Fish Inn for lunch time fish and chips after reading the great reviews online. We were not disappointed! My plaice and chips was perfect and cooked to a crispy exterior and a must and flaky interior. My mum and dad's cod were both perfect too. The chips are the best I've had in ages, and all in all the service we received was second to none. I can't wait to come back to Leigh on Sea and visit Fish Inn again. 10/10.

Wheni lived in leigh I always used these guys haven't been for a while they still serve the best fish and chips in the Area well done fish inn
