Very helpful employees. It was good to get some suggestions on design and colours. Baked Tile's designers responded well to my personal style preferences. We've tiled our front and side porches in Mayfield Clover Wheat and used some of the tiles to continue the theme in our bathroom where we are also using the Hexagon Studio tiles on the walls. Our shower room looks great with Silkwood Bronze in a herringbone pattern on the floor. We have Little Italy Sky Blue on some of the walls and these have been much admired. (They are definitely blue and not green as might appear on the website). Around the shower we've used Reminiscent Grain to complete the theme and are very pleased with the effect. It was a great help to get samples when we were choosing.Now where else can we tile?!!

The design service was so valuable to me as terrible procrastinator, from complimentary flooring and paint colour recommendations.Being able to match grout etc is brilliant added extra.Tiles were great value, including the delivery which was quick to Northern Ireland.Pic: Still waiting for water to get switched back on so don't mind the dust!

We ordered the beautiful Artisan Teal tiles for our kitchen, and they look even better than we hoped. The advice on the website was really helpful in ordering the right quantity, and they arrived in good time with no breakages. The glaze on the tiles really brings out a variety of colour, and we are so glad we went with this company. We also ordered a small number of the souk aquamarine tiles for our bathroom splashback, and they are also just beautiful. Both lots of tiles really make a feature in each room.

I ordered some London Funk Compass tiles for my hearth, which my tiler laid over the existing terracotta tiles. Baked Tiles had a great selection, with many styles not available anywhere else. I love the funky retro design of this tile and the website had lots of useful advice. The tile samples also make great coasters! I'd definitely buy from them again.

We used the lovely Tuscany tiles as a focal point in our downstairs loo, and I love them. Ordering and delivery were straightforward, and the tiles look fantastic, and are always a talking point with guests!As someone from West Wales, I was also really pleased to be able to buy such amazing tiles locally.

Fantastic service and just gorgeous tiles. Great advice on suitable adhesive and grout for a fireplace. We have been back for more tiles and love the vast selection and helpful service. Why go anywhere else? Excellent.

Once you find Baked Tiles then choosing a tile suddenly becomes less daunting. The beautiful selection of tiles immediately appealed to me. I ordered various samples at different times and they all arrived promptly. When you know, you know and after a really helpful chat opted for two designs. Again the order arrived in good time with no breakages. We are so happy with the result in our new kitchen- we’ve had lots of compliments and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Baked Tiles.

Ordered two times (same tiles, just ran out!) And the service was fab, packaged brilliantly so not a single crack and they are beautiful.

I would definitely recommend The Baked Tile Co. Not only are the tiles gorgeous but the customer service was incredible. They arrived on time and it was only the final box that I found two that had broken. I emailed company and within 2 minutes had a reply (Jordan, excellent customer service) and he offered to replace/reimburse me. All was done within the space of 5 minutes. Cannot fault them. Superb service that was personal and efficient and solved the issue without question. I also love the tiles I have purchased for my kitchen and will be purchasing again from Baked Tile Co when I do my bathroom up. The quality is superb and really beautiful tiles. Excellent company and service.

What a great online find! Fabulous tiles which are different to the usual tile shop tile at an affordable price. But the best thing was their customer service, personal, quick and efficient. I would definitely buy from Baked Tiles again
