Helpful staff even when the shops really busy

Not being too knowledgeable on mobile phones the member of staff who helped me was excellent. Despite the shop being quite busy at the time he was patient and as a result I purchased a phone. I'm delighted with the phone and very pleased with the service I received. Certainly would recommend this store.

Not particularly helpful. As a O2 customer I expected More particularly as I also was prepared to take out 2 New Contracts. Not impressed.

Staff are lovely, just a shame I can’t do more in store and always seem to have to call O2 to get anything sorted

Brilliant customer service and knowledge of what I was looking for. Definitely go back next time I want to change my phone.

Disapointed with After Sales and manager attitude bought 2 no mobile phones had in store assistant fit protection pack on day of purchase air bubble appeared and on of button impeded not allowing proper operation.Advised store of problem on day of installation told it would self rectify. Fault remained returned to have replaced as promised nil stock advised they would set one aside and call back when next in area.when we recalled 15 days later told out of 14 day return period.Reluctently after heated debate an attempt made to replace screensaver both failed this is now 3 no failed.Store manager stated they are not ROBOTS we should expect faults cannot make prefect. Screensaver now worse than initial problem Manager refused refund or Repair. Walked along high mobile phone shop had a new screen fitted perfect,returned and showed manager he commented pleased I had managed to get one properly fitted.Unbeleavable. Will be writing to O2 with complaint do not use this store.

Popped in to upgrade a contact for a mobile and the service staff insisted on trying to sell us a tablet or watch, something we didn't want and we'd told home loads of time but he insisted. You pushed us too far we've now left 02 that same day and joined EE.. No joke the staff don't listen
