Very grateful thanks to Saty for saving my iMac from extinction after repeated crashes, a failing hard drive and near disaster. Fantastic service and all fixed in such a short space of time too. Computer now back in great working order, software up-to-date and an SSD to replace the hard drive. I would highly recommend Saty and the MacProFix team for their expertise and efficiency and can’t thank them enough for sorting out my iMac problems - they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Amazing and honest service for my Max. Saty explained every step and parts needed to fixing my Mac Book and even extended his warranty for me as I was contemplating purchasing a new computer vs paying to fix it. Brought my Mac in after failure to turn on and Apple wouldn’t service it as the version is discontinued. The team were incredible, diagnosed the issue within an hour and have repaired and upgraded in under 24 hours. Very reasonably priced and lovely service. My laptop is working better than it has in 5 years! Would highly recommend for any mac related issues!

Couldn't recommend MacProFix enough - I had some water damage to my macbook air and they went out of their way to make sure I had my laptop fixed and returned as soon as possible. When I had a second issue, I received the same amazing service. I needed it desperately for work, and everything was just as I left it & ready to go. They continued to provide 10/10 service, and I'll be sure to contact them again if I have mac trouble in the future!

Had huge water damage and thought my laptop was unfixable. Saty spent all day working on it, staying extra time and fixed it! Even let me come collect out of hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best quality repairs and amazing customer service.

best repair place i’ve ever come across, i was afraid to go someplace other than apple initially as i’ve had bad experiences with it but apple had quoted me a ridiculous price so i decided to research more and found this place and took a leap of faith and i’m glad i did! apple was going to take 7-10 days while this place got it fixed within 2 days which is important to me as i had lots of uni work to do this week. my macbook works perfectly now! 100% recommend and would come here if i have any future tech issues :)
