Very bad customer service. Abrupt and rude on the phone

Straight forward, helpful staff and extremely reasonable prices. Hiring a van from this company made our house moving experience so much easier. I'd recommend their services to anyone. So much better than the national companies that charge through the nose and scare you half the death with various insurance policies that you never actually need.

Phoned to enquire about the availability of a particular car. Was unfortunate to talk a very rude person. Had to ring off.A few weeks later made the mistake of booking a car as they had one we wanted. When we went to collect it we were given something different. It was a hot day, we had a long journey ahead and the A/C wasn't working. When I rang the office got an abrupt reply saying that it would take awhile for the A/C to start working and that all cars were checked in between rentals. Clearly this one was missed. Had to go back to return the car. No word of apology ,made no attempt at trying to give us a replacement.Will definitely not go back.

Brilliant service, so quick and easy to get into a car. None of that filling in 50 forms and trying to be upsold the next bigger car or extra this and that and car club membership like the other 'bigger' rental companies.Always the lowest price by far in Bridgend area, friendly staff, cars are nice new models, clean valeted and appear to be very well maintained, highly recommend this place every time.

very poor experience that Firdaus Adenwala and we all faced. it appears that the company prefers its clients from the Arab/ Middle East countries and therefore in the process compromises on local Wales clients. this is a personal observation

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Wanted to clarify something the receptionist had said, then was told if I listened properly then I wouldn't be asking the question. I was obviously asking because you were NOT clear, it doesn't take a genius to understand that. I would rather paying twice the price hiring a car elsewhere than having to deal with someone like that.

Absolutely awful customer service, I have never had such awful verbal abuse. I felt bullied and humiliated. Other customer present also confirmed they had had to deal with rudeness too. Dreadful service and attitude. Please please heed advice and look elsewhere for your vehicle hire.
