The friendliest staff! I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted - in and out in 20 mins. Quick without compromising quality. Excited to tryout other services!Note: For eyebrow tints you will need a patch test prior to service. I just went in a day before, before 5pm. No appt needed for that and it takes less than 5 minutes.

Ive been getting my lashes done with Elena over the last couple of months and she’s so good. I’ve been to see a few different lash techs but I’ve found the best one around.The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Sarah! Would recommend

Laura has done my Botox for years and it’s always perfect. Recently I’ve had filler too and she’s done such a good job, just a little bit here and there and the difference it’s made is amazing. She really knows her stuff and knew exactly where to put the filler to get the effect I wanted so it didn’t look unnatural. Thank you and see you soon

I booked online to have my nails done, I was charged a £1.50 deposit. I called up the day before to check if they would be able to remove my acrylic nails before my appointment was due. She told me they wouldn’t be able to do it and asked if I’d like to cancel the appointment. I said perhaps I can find someone to remove my nails ahead of the appointment, in which case I can keep the appointment and let them know tomorrow? She said okay on the phone. Then I called the morning of my appointment to tell them that I couldn’t get them removed and would need to cancel. They called me back and told me that my card would be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. The woman on the phone yesterday didn’t warn me about this. Apparently there is a pop up to warn me about this when you book online but I don’t remember it (I don’t deny that it may have been there, but I click okay on a million pop ups - as many people do).I feel pretty blind sided by the fact I wasn’t warned on the phone yesterday that I’d be charged if I waited to cancel the appointment. Obviously I would have done that if I were told. Make sure you check the online policy and be careful!!!

In my first experience at this salon I got my nails done by Mica, I really love the result and she is so professional and friendly :) I had such a great experience here today and I can say it's one of my favourite salons in Cambridge❤️

My nails are always admired. I used to have dry nails that splintered easily and I couldn’t grow them long. Now I have the most beautiful, long, gel manicured nails. My hand look so elegant. It’s all thanks to Salon at No 5

Always book here for a leg wax with Sarah, she’s always so friendly and down to earth and makes me feel completely relaxed. She never rushes and I honestly couldn’t ask for a more meticulous job - definitely won’t be able to find another waxer like it! :)

Avoid this salon!! These people are so unprofessional and once I put a negative review here, salon manage contacted me and asked me to remove my review because it affects their bussiness. I am sure that she does that for everyone who put a negative feedback here. So, I think you cannot trust the “5 star” reviews here as all of them are from people with one or two review!! For twice I booked an appointment with Elle and somebody else made my lashes!! Please be aware that it does not matter with whom you book they will appoint you to somebody else! BTW, I was not happy with my lashes at all, as they were too short, like normal lashes!They also charged me more, had lashes for 43' but got charged for 50 minutes. Paid for deposit online and did not receive the refund after cancelling the appointment (twice). I asked the salon manager to refund me the deposit but she said it will be compensated in my next appointment and once I told here I am not happy to book further appointments in her salon, she ignored my request and did not refund me the deposit, this is called stealing money from costumers which is unacceptable!! It is so disappointing to see how unprofessional they are! I am sure that she will reply to my review and write lots of lies but if you compare my reviews to other people with only “one” review you can decide who to trust.
