this was a nightmare from the start. Alex was more concerned with the bottom part of our chain than the chain above and getting there details. He accepts no responsibility for anything and always pushes people to the extent of being rude and un professional undermining everybody else. There was hardly any communication u till we asked for it. When communication came it was always over an email even to the extent of him telling us 2 days late that his buyers were now not thinking about selling. He had also failed to mention this before taking him 7 days to tell us that his clients house had fallen through before. We found it hard getting hold of Alex when trying to get information as it seems we only received emails from him. This is our own opinion.

Alex worked very hard for us on a sometimes difficult sale and went beyond the limit of what most Agents do. Right up to Completion day he was in the thick of it making sure things moved along. We have no hesitation in recommending Alex to anyone looking to sell in this area.Denis and Terrie Cohen

Alex is a brilliant and unique Estate Agent, very efficient but friendly too. His service is second to none, conducting all viewings himself and instant feedback. He followed our sale through to completion every week and was always available to help with queries. He showed more buyers around our property in the first week or so than a national chain had done in the previous six months. There are other Agents that are cheaper but Alex works hard for his fee and is the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with in all our years of buying and selling property. We would recommend Alex to anyone looking to sell, or buy, a property.

Alex was the agent for the house we were buying. He kept us much more up to date than our own agent and we found ourselves going to him to ask for chain updates instead. Our chain was quite long and he kept everyone in the loop including doing diligent chain checks at the beginning which avoided delays further into the process. Alex doesn’t seem to need sleep, he was available day and night for whatever questions were being asked.
