I think the the reviewers are confusing Phoenix Cars with Phoenix Class.Phoenix Cars only cover airports and long distances.The drivers are always on time, only charge the quoted price and turn up.People are frequently praising the drivers for being helpful, friendly and polite. Feedback is high by phone, letter and email.

Absolutely brilliant company!! They supplied a car service at very short notice, driven superbly by Andrew, who was very prompt, very courteous and helpful with our baggage. We had a smooth, stress free journey and although I'm a nervous passenger usually I felt totally at ease. The price was very reasonable and competitive. We will definitely use Phoenix Cars again and would recommend to anyone.

Phoenix Cars have done a few Airport runs for us, most recently to Birmingham Airport. Very punctual efficient service which takes the hassle out of driving yourself. Competitive rates and easy booking with Maureen… who was great to meet on our return journey this time! Andy is great too…. all in all a brilliant service. We wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend.

Lovely company family made airport drivers. They are always on time and i would definitely use them again. Dont be confused as a lot of people have been with phoenix class (( mercedes drivers) Ive seen a lot of negative reports from them)) . Ty again for ur service PHOENIX CARS.

Do not use . They are ment to be the premier cab company in Northampton except however they are rude, do not care about customers are always late and full of excuses and have a habit of lying by saying they are there when there not. (probally at wrong address) they dont care. Also constantly touting for tips they then make up a price on an airport run to one that was origionally quoted and make you feel uncomfortable if you dont pay. Dont bother using you will regret it unless you like being late and made to feel like an idiot.

Beautiful cars, pleasant and presentable drivers and operators, always on time if booked in advance. I prefer to pay the little extra every time for their service, I will continue to use them time and again.

Left them. Found better taxi ferm. Cheaper and more respectful drivers. Reason I left manger never solved a problem of a driver and rude staff. Loads more but I leave it like this for now. Won't be back

phoenix delivered a fantastic service for me and my wife this morning 10th Jan 2022 from the moment you book a car to our pick up in Northampton to London Heathrow it was all spot on. Andy our driver was on time his car was clean and comfortable and the drive was smooth and completely hassle free. If you want to take the stress out of getting to Heathrow this is the taxi firm you should use. You won’t regret it..

Excellent service. Will use again. 1am pickup went flawlessly with the driver turning up a couple of minutes before the expected time. Pickup was within 10 minutes of arrival back in the UK.
