Our profound thanks and gratitude to the team at Justin Wilson Plumbers for sorting out our little drama, the ingredients being, a nail, a picture and a radiator pipe!!Richard in the office was extremely reactive and responsive and arranged for the wonderful Josh to arrive within half an hour.Josh worked fantastically efficiently, was thorough, clean and tidy. He was simply brilliant and we really appreciate his hard work which probably ate into his home time as it was late afternoon.Most appreciated!

I can’t fault them. Both ladies I spoke to on the phone we’re helpful. Engineer arrived on time, offered good advice and actually found something wrong that we hadn’t been aware of (was correct advice). Massive hats off to Wayne who was not only personable but friendly and just smashed the job out! Asset to the company if you ask me. Oh and the guy moaning about parking on the grass verge, #peoplearedying. I just hope your boiler doesn’t go wrong and they can’t attend as you are very particular about emergencies. I wonder if you would say the same to the fire engine or police??

I have had the pleasure of having numerous Plumbing and heating jobs carried out by the Engineers at J Wilson Plumbing and Heating, and I honestly cannot praise them enough! Everything from Ali in the office scheduling jobs to the engineers arriving at my door has been seamless and i have always found myself very impressed with their work . I would suggest anybody looking for Plumbers and heating specialists in the area look no further than this top quality company!

I have used Wilson twice once for a plumbing problem. And this time for an electrical problem. They have been very professional and prompt. Arrived on time didn't take very long and sorted the problems out. Would recommend the service to an you very much

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were quick to respond to my slightly naive and unreasonable requirement (a job that needed doing within 48 hours); when Aston arrived (bang on time), he assessed the situation quickly, gave me ample warning of what might be required to fix it, and then got on with it. He was polite, friendly and informative. Thank you!

We have used this company for our recent renovation and extension of our house.-J. Wilson Plumbing & Heating Ltd left us over part of the Easter weekend (in the whole or part of the house) with neither hot water nor heating, as they had been unable to remedy the cause of why our boiler kept cutting out & losing pressure.Initially, in the week preceding Easter, our existing boiler, which had been functioning very well for a number of years, was blamed for the problem as it didn’t have a certain filter and it was recommended for replacement(!); this diagnosis turned out to be incorrect.The extent of their poor workmanship only became obvious when water started pouring through a ceiling. It took several frantic phone calls that Good Friday evening from both us and our architect before they very reluctantly agreed to send someone out, who then isolated part of the system as there was a leak in it somewhere.Fixing this issue then resulted in the awful inconvenience of a huge hole having to be cut into a brand-new bedroom wall to find the leaking pipe work & the ceiling of the room below having to be completely replaced & the whole room redecorated once it had finally dried out.What had happened was that they’d forgotten to install one radiator and its pipework early on in the process, which were clearly drawn on the architect’s plan. Radiator and pipework consequently were fitted retrospectively in an unconventional way, which then caused the leaking.-Also a vital part to a new shower has been lost by them. More than a week after one of their engineers said, this would be sorted a.s.a.p., they still failed to order a replacement.-A drain pipe running from a new shower basin, was actually running upwards instead of down, which they only corrected after it was pointed out by us.-Numerous promises of workmen scheduled to arrive have been broken & when someone actually does show up, we often experienced that they’d do one job & then vanish again for a fortnight without explanation.-Continuity seems to be an issue; we rarely saw the same plumber more than once or twice, so each time a plumber arrived they seemed unfamiliar with the situation & what work needed to be done.Their repeated tardiness has impacted on other companies that were employed & this meant that the works started running behind significantly.-We have now made a decision that we no longer wish for J. Wilson Plumbing & Heating to be on our premises & we will be hiring a different company to do the outstanding work they were supposed to have done.

Speedy and friendly receptionist and professional and helpful engineer (Kevin). After servicing both our boiler and water cistern he left both job sites clean and tidy. He also gave advice on routine maintenance which is very useful!Highly recommended, will use again.

Absolute joke of a company! Have been trying to get them to return to my house after they left the job half done (flushing chemicals in heating pipes) over 8 months ago!! Everytime I phone I am promised a return call to arrange and nobody bothers to call me back! AVOID!
