Went in for a haircut the first time and always see the place is very busy. I had my hair done by an Asian girl (don’t know her name) and she did a good job. My box fringe was cut a bit short but settled within a week. Went back again for a fringe trim and Naomi was lovely. Will add pics later of the salon.

After a month of my review you are replying that you don't recognize us visiting your branch. That was the problem initially as well that you guys don't accept any mistake you make.Honestly worst costumer service.Let me know when can i come and remind you of when we came and i can show you pictures. Unfortunately i can not bring my special needs son again to your salon because of him having the worst experience at your salon.

This is a welcoming place, and the staff are very friendly. I got curtain bangs done by Naomi. The shampoo massage was really relaxing. I'm very happy with my haircut, but I think it's a little bit expensive as they charge £40 for a wash and haircut. Overall the place is great.

I went there to cut my hair and shape my beard. The guy was using the trimmer harshly. I had a photo of my previous hair cut to show him exactly how it should be done and he did just the opposite. Ruined my entire face, I'm never going to that place ever again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been going to Mo at in touch now for 7 years and I can’t fault him at all. He cuts and styles my hair beautifully every single time, listens to what I want and offers his professional opinion. I took my 1 year old to him and he was so patient and calm with her. I highly recommend him.
