Lovely salon with friendly knowledge stylists. I have very curly, short hair which many stylists struggle with but both Marta and Ernesta do a smashing job. The condition of my hair has been transformed. I recently returned for some highlights and I'm so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Hair By Marta.

Highly recommend this salon. Had an initial consultation with Marta who was the first hairdresser I've ever visited that's actually given me advice on what to do with my hair based on it's natural texture and my styling preferences. I felt confident enough to book in for a re-style based on our chat and the earliest appointment for this was with Ernesta (Esta!) She agreed with Marta on what was best and she did a fantastic job with my hair, and unlike everywhere else I've been, actually styled my hair how I would at home so I'm pretty confident that I can replicate this each wash day, and not feel massively deflated that my hair never looks as good as it did when I left the salon. Both Marta and Esta are really lovely and friendly, I usually feel uncomfortable and out of place in salons, however I didn't feel like that at all here, I was made to feel welcome. I've finally found a salon I will return to! :)

Just had my hair coloured by Ernesta. I have to admit I was a little nervous. But what a lovely job she did. They are so friendly and make you feel like an old friend! Thank you! I will be returning.

Ernesta cut and coloured my hair approximately 6 weeks ago. She listened carefully to my goals and provided realistic options to achieve them. I love the colour and highlights which cleverly disguise new grey coming through. A lovely experience, thank you.

Marta is very talented with colour. I was very pleased with how the colour looked when I first had it done and it's grown out really well too. I now only need to get my hair redone every 6 months or so, which is better for my hair condition, better for my wallet and better for me as I'm so busy! Highly recommended.
