Came Late.Why is everything spicy.Burned burger patty.Buns feel like memory foam that doesn't bounce back.Milkshakes taste pretty decent, but develop a skin if left for too long.Summary of Whole Chicken" - "Not Nice"

Absolutely disgusting service from start to finish. Ordered via just eat and gave very clear instructions for the codes for the building and to my floor for the lift. The driver calls me saying he can't find me, I explained exactly where I was and how to find my apartment, still couldn't find it. Ten minutes later a knock on the door and it is a verbally hostile and abusive driver, absolutely disgusting and scary experience. I call the restaurant and they blame just eat saying it is one of their drivers, nothing to do with them even though they pay for the just eat contract to deliver their food. So the food arrived and I paid extra for a hot dog stuffed crust and guess what arrives? A cheese stuffed crust so I called them back again to be told it's not their fault at all that just eat are still to blame for them making the wrong food but don't ask me how that happens. I will never order again from here, absolute joke and cold food served with a side of horrendous non customer service**AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

Had kebab and chips.... the meat was cold and tasteless, the chips were so greasy they were unedible! Will never go back again

I visited on this shop when I had a driving test. After my test felt hungry and I saw this shop and visited there. I ordered snacks and the guy on reception is very humble and also they provided me snacks in short time and when tasted the food it was so much yummy. I like food so much and strongly recommend to other please visit at there.

worst shawarma experienced so far anywhere in UK. Dripping in oil, very thin and chewy wrapping bread and badly cut chicken pieces, giving an impression that probably chef is in need of sufficient training for making proper chicken wraps. Not at all recommended for at least shawarma wrap.

Honest to God the best chips and wings in Worcester - cannot recommend enough. Great pricing, lovely staff, fast service. 10/10 always.
