I have always been extremely happy the service that these guys have provided me having owned a Ford with them a while ago back they just had their one garage. They were always very attentive and went the extra mile taking on additional modification projects as well. I would certainly recommend them and would waste keep an eye for any nice new cars in the market.

They saw me coming! They sold me a fiesta ecoboost around a year ago which I stupidly did not research and have now found the cambelt needs to be changed as its 10 years old. A local Ford garage has quoted me £2500 to change the belt; nearly the value of the car!I cannot afford this and still have years of finance payments left on a car which may not last the next few months. I have no choice but to wait until it dies and then I will have to use whatever I can get for it as scrap to pay off as much of the finance as possible.Do your own research and avoid these guys.

I bought a car last year but stayed away from the feedback just in case I have to get the car back to them. I was a new driver and found them quite rudeI was told i can test drive the car only if i would really buy it.The car that i purchased was not even cleaned ,had webs on the mirror and marks inside which I had to remove.They were in alot of hurry to send me away with the car . Even after knowing I am a new driver and me asking for the controls,I felt very unwelcomed on my very few could questions.There was a chirp on the front wind shield which i failed to notice during purchase. The very next working day when i reportedit, I was told to call the maintenance department. In my opinion,if there was a problem with the sale,it should be fixed by sales. The maintenance anyways put a celar glue on the chirp.They have a good collection of cars but i felt a very unwelcomed attitude.

A fantastic experience from my initial visit through to the collection of my new car. Stuart & Sean were lovely and polite and very helpful - I can't recommend Ashington Auto's enough. They have a varied selection of used cars, mainly Fords at great prices and fab condition. A must visit if you're in the market for a used car. Highly recommend - thanks guys!

Bought 2018 Ford focus estate. Few teething problems but really really pleased with car and overall service.
