I've had a great experience so far. My therapist today was Lucy. She was friendly and professional. I felt totally at ease and able to communicate what I wanted to get out of the treatment. I've been recommending the service here to friends and family- it's that good!

I’ve been attending Laser hair removal appointments at the clinic for about 7 months now. All the staff are really approachable and make you feel so welcome. Tamzin today went above and beyond she was really helpful and kind. I’m really impressed by my results so far and just saving up for the next area I want to target!!

Staff here are always fantastic and willing to accommodate treatments at convenient times even when I need to change the dates or times. Regularly get Abi for my treatments who's genuine interest and advice is a credit to the company.Always a spotless clean and welcoming environment.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The therapists are always super friendly, and are happy to either chat or leave you in peace while they do the treatments. The clinic itself feels very professional, and the rooms are always spotless. The results are excellent so far. I fully recommend it to anyone who is considering laser hair removal.

I’ve been for two sessions now and both the ladies that did my appointments made me feel really comfortable and kept the conversation going so it didn’t feel awkward at all. I didn’t catch their names unfortunately but they were both lush! I felt quite nervous going in but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The appointments are super quick & the whole process is hassle free with unbelievable results. I didn’t think it would work so quick but it’s been amazing! Would 100% recommend to anyone, especially if you can catch one of the discounts!Very much considering doing my whole body!!

I’ve been a customer at Laser Clinics Newcastle for over a year now and every laser hair removal appointment I have attended Ive felt extremely welcomed by the clinicians and made to feel comfortable from the get go. Due to having darker skin and very curly hair, I’m extremely prone to ingrown hairs and razor bumps/rashes, but ever since the laser hair treatment I have seen a massive reduction in the amount of hair and it’s thickness- which means I only ever shave before my next appointment. Having been a year into the treatment, I now only need a top up session every 2-3 months! I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend, especially to POC, who struggle with the same issue I did:)
