They do a very nice Veggie Mix grill. 100% something you have to try. One of the places I go often.

I want to start by giving a big kudos to all members of staff in this establishment they were all exceptional. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left service, ambience and most importantly food + drinks were brilliant! We had spent a long day in the city and we was hungry and not disappointed by the food and drinks! The Soho Mixed Grill is awesome as were the chilli chips + we loved the sauces on the table.I will defo be returning again thank you for a 10/10 experience.

Great portions. One curry is enough for two. Different groups of people, families, lads, girl groups, brilliant to see a family friendly environment. Clean, tidy, great vegan veggie menu too. Very reasonable in price too.

The mixed grill was avergae. The wings were fried and tasteless, lamb chops didn’t have much taste either, chicken tikka, kebab and fish were nice. The chilli chicken was awful. By far the worst chilli chicken I’ve ever had. It was hard. Told the worker and they said try another dish next time. The won’t be a next time

Previously been here many times. Very good before however I think they may have had their day.The grilled food seemed as though it was fried or pressure cooked then just thrown on the grill for a few seconds. Were no grill marks at all. Very disappointed was a long time customer, the lamb chops looked anemic definitely weren't BBQ'd. For a bill over £100 expected alot more. See the photos just looks like bog standard wedding hall food

Visited today with family for lunch. Restaurant was very clean, great atmosphere and nice decor. Staff were very helpful and accommodating as we had a young child with us (they turned off the TV to make the area quieter). Food was very good, came out quickly and was well presented. Would definitely recommend.

Soho oak - West BromThis wasnt my first choice to go to as i felt id found the best in another establishment and the thought of going somewhere else not as good worries me. BUT how wrong was i to doubt it.We arrived into a welcoming and very clean bar area to a polite young bar man who explained all tables were available unless they had reserved on. A quick drinks order and off we went to find a table. We sat down at a 6 seater booth but found there was a slight draft coming from somewhere so we moved to a 4 seater boothThe food arrived in a good time and all meals arrived together which is a massive strong point. Nobody at the table was waiting for anything.Soho grill - having agreed with a friend we would both order this and swap his lamb chops for my king prawns (both a personal favourite of eachothers)The chicken tikka meat melted in your mouth. Was proper tikka meat and lovely and juicy.Crispy wings - the best chicken wing iv ever tasted without a shadow of a doubt. Sheek kebab - packed a little punch just enough to give you that little tickle.Lamb chops - most indian grill establishments struggle to get these right. Not the soho oak. They top the table with these. Fish pakora - lovey crispy batter with a soft and fluffy filling.King prawns - another diners reviews - fresh, crisp and seasoned to perfectionCheese and garlic naan bread - for the experienced readers of my reviews you will know i rate this very extensively. I will there was plenty garlic that didnt over power but the cheese pull was slightly disappointing.Massala sauce - lovely and creamy to accompany a meal. I think one between two would be enough though due to both of us that ordered leaving over half.Chilli chips and chilli cheese chips - what can i say about these. Not only are they the best chips iv had at an indian grill they are also the best chips iv ever tasted. Absolutely unreal taste to them. Im still dreaming about them now. The cheese pull to the sauce to the crunch to the potato. I can see why the menu states they are famous for these. We had a lovely waitress that table checked us twice. (I think this is the first time this has ever happened)The unlimited mint sauce/chilli sauce is also a massive strong point. All in all a very good trip and the soho oak now takes the lead for slightly edging the builders arms.It got to the point where i was actually trying to find a negative point it was that good. I dont think the price is that bad either especially not for that quality. We have visited others and spent more for a much worse experience.Taking the rest home for the next day was also a winner. That food was way to good to throw away.I most certainly will be back hopefully sooner rather than later.Massive credit goes to the chefs, barstaff and also the waitresses.9.5/10
