Got what I needed, at the health care facility. People were helpful and proactive.

Wonderful staff extremely helpful. Very reassuring. The issue was solved there and then.l can not find the words to really express my gratitude. Do not let anybody run down or criticised this place or the staff in any way shape or form.

The advice I received from the physio at kingsgate has helped me get my life back on track after I was diagnosed with a degenerative miniscus tear. He clearly explained my problem and has helped me to see that maintaining a simple exercise program my mobility can improve. Although I may have flare ups I now know how to deal with my condition to live a relative active life. Physiotherapy exercises mean no need for surgery and they do work, An excellent service combined with advice from First contact physio at my GP practice.

The building itself is very well maintained. Very good wheelchair accessibly. Expertly cleaned toilets. Lifts that go to every floor, always a bonus. Very clean car park. Well designed office spaces. Stairwell very clean and well maintained. Very modern condition. If I was on the look out for a place to have a large office I would probably want it within this building. Great views of the main road and viaduct too. Very easy access for public transportation and car parking.

Fantastic people providing great service, very friendly staff. The lady who took out my stitches today was so gentle and caring I haven't felt a thing. Thank you so much! ☺️

The last 2 times I went to the diabetic team both times they never called me even though I was in the building, my GP asked me to try again, so I called when I got there letter, on the answer machine said they check it often" I called on Monday after 2pm I am still waiting for a reply
