Chris knows his stuff. Spent 35 minutes with me diagnosing what killed my machine and charged a very reasonable rate for it. On top of that, he's a good guy. I don't recommend anywhere else.

I called Chris after attempting to build my own gaming PC and had many issues with getting it up and running. Chris was very knowledgeable and immediately spotted the problems I was having and I would have never been able to fix these issues myself. He got my PC up and running perfectly for a fair price and I would definitely recommend him. Thanks again!

Having been to GBC in the past to solve problems with my old machine I decided to invest in a new one as my old one was very outdated and slow. Chris was able to advise me on my requirements and explain what each thing meant as I am a technophobe. The new machine was ready within days, I took my old one in and Chris had everything transferred ready to go the same day. I can’t recommend GBC enough, the speed and efficiency of service, the knowledge and ability to explain to someone that doesn’t really understand is a quality other computer shops lack.Thank you so much for my new computer, it is so much faster, I’m having problems keeping up!Michelle

Couldn't fault Chris, great customer service and expert knowledge, sorted me out when I needed it most. New SSD to replace my fried HDD. Installed new Windows 10 Pro for my laptop and got me up and running at a very critical time at work. Also, managed to recover almost all the data on my now dead HDD, which I thought I lost, until Chris pulled a rabbit out of the bag on this one. Everything reasonably priced given the severity of my technology problems. Many thanks GBC Micros.
