One of my biggest mistakes was to try to study with them!I was thinking that they are fair, honest and so onbut on the end they only care about money and how to trick (I need to use this word so that Google will not remove my comment) somebody to start to studying with them and to stay with them.My beef with them is about exemption policy where they basically say to me: go to Croatia, get curriculum, translate it, and we will assess based on your subjects. My final degree is Economist: Tourism. BA, Level 8 in Ireland, and usually they are giving exemption for first four subjects for everybody that is under Business and Management, and mine is, but first they said: you are tourism and is not relevant.I said, but on my first year I was studying economics subjects and Accounting was one of them. After four years, they change the story, and basically they said that they never assess my University: second biggest in Croatia, and I can see that they never did that for any University in Croatia, and that they need to apply to be assessed?!?But they did assess few minor private Colleges, why I am not surprised?Few times I ask them that somebody from exemption team call me, they never did, but only customer team keep on sending emails.I wouldn't advise anybody to study with them! They are changing books every year, so they can make more money, exams are old type etcAVOID!

Provide little to no support for front line workers from home. Antiquated systems. Often need to wait up to 15 mins just to speak to someone who can help internally. Avoid at all costs. Very bad employer to work for.
