Called DG on Friday morning with a central heating issue and had someone round checking it within 2 hours. Came back same day to fix issue and also repair a toilet. Great service both on phone and in person.

Had a new Worcester boiler fitted a couple of months ago.Excellent service, Daniel came and priced the job, he was by far the best quote I had and I was happy to go ahead.Was well pleased with the job on completion. Efficient and professional and took the time to help with Hive when I was struggling with the app.Would highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Daniel was polite, professional, and above all flexible. He was calm and reassuring throughout three excellent jobs for us. All of which were completed without any fuss.No job too small, he first turned out for us to sort out a leaking toilet cistern. So polite and professional was he that we then employed him to completely refit a bathroom. Exceptional tiling work and all plumbed perfectly. Following this, he replaced our antique night storage electrical system and plumbed in a full gas central heating system. No issues whatsoever, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Would highly recommend Dan & his team. We've only just moved to the highlands into an old house, Dan was welcoming and the service whilst installing our new combi boiler was fab, we had a minor problem the next day, which was of no fault of his, it was dealt with in a phone call and 20mins later a member of the team came out to see why there was a problem. Tidied up after themselves too!

We had our old internal boiler taken out and replaced by an external combi boiler. The service we received from D&G was excellent throughout, and the work carried out was done to a high standard. We were very pleased with our new boiler and would certainly use D&G again.

Daniel and his crew installed a new boiler for us and we are delighted with his work. He and his crew were polite, professional and efficient, installing a new system in a day, converting our old system boiler into a combi system, relocating it where we asked, with no fuss. Totally professional approach by all who attended. I would highly recommend Daniel and his guys and would use him again with no hesitation.

In October 2021, we were told that our hot water wasn't working, as we needed a new central heating/hot water controller. Despite multiple messages left on answer phone and emails asking for the job to be completed, the new controller has never been fitted.After nearly 6 months of being told they'd come, we gave up and found another heating engineering company to resolve the issue. Turned out it was the switch at the tank, not the controller after all.Such a pity, as other reviews are very good, and we wanted to support a local business .

Supplied and installed a new Worcester System Boiler.Daniel replied promptly to my request for a quote. He surveyed my existing system thoroughly before providing me with a competitive quote. I was impressed by his knowledge, and chose DG Plumbing & Heating as they are Worcester accredited installers.Daniel arrived on time, the work was completed as per quote, and my home was left tidy.Stuart also fitted a new kitchen tap, whilst they were here. Great service from really nice guys.Would definitely recommend.
