The location of the shop is very nice, unfortunately they use this advantage to ask higher prices. The shop have many different gift options about Harry Potter film. If your kids really want to get in, you can not stop them. But the best think before shopping, check the online prices, you will see a huge different.

The shop was packed when we visited. 5 members of staff were arguing in a corner, which was not a good first impression. One member of staff tried to sell me a wand for £60. They are £30 on Amazon!The prices are massively inflated. Avoid this shop it rips you off!

Hop in for a quick look if you like Harry Potter. Various options of any kind.

Very cool place for out of box ideas for gifts in England . Prices are reasonable and the help is there is great .

Beware of price hike. Look at the names of the 5 star ratings, there is a theme going on there, Avoid Avoid Avoid you will get mugged, As I did, I bought a pen and journal for my granddaughters partner, I have never seen a shop like this and she is HP mad, journal £35, pen £30 as I thought it was a specialised shop. I paid the price. Later I went into Hamleys, low and behold exact same products on sale, expecting a higher price I had a look...journal £24 pen £19, that was a difference of £22, sorry but that is NOT acceptable, they are ripping off the London visitors, the only thing I am pleased about is I nearly bought a Griffindor cushion but at £60 it was far too much. In Hamleys the cushion was ,£38, I will write to them and complain...But avoid this shop, look elsewhere.

The staff are extremely friendly. got excellent Harry Potter merchandise. Products with good quality at reasonable price.

So overpriced! I saw an article there that cost 60£, but the exact same one cost 36£ in another shop (House of Spells). I left without buying anything since I felt they overcharged because of location.The ambiance was nice though, and they put in a lot of effort there.
