Burns School of Black Belts

My son absolutely loves this place. Mr & Mrs Burns and all the team are wonderful with the kids. The instructors are brilliant and very patient with my son. It is a pleasure to see all the mini dragons learning their new skills. I wish I had of had this kind of opportunity when I was young. Definitely well worth trying it out!!!

Fun and teaches kids respect. Mr Buns is excellent with my son and you can tell he deeply cares about the success of his students.

Mr B and all the team are always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!When I first started training I was very nervous but quickly picked it up with all of the help from other members, and the BSBB team. I'm now 2 years in, gaining belts and have gotten my sister into it too! Training together, which I know a lot of families do here, is so popular because you're not just leaning a new skill, the sessions are always so fun. I love training here and if you got yourself along to a taster session, you'd understand why!

absolutely fantastic martial arts school, both myself and my kids train here.I can honestly say this is a very welcoming community and great for anyone, any fitness level at any age!the team at BSBB are amazing, most of the team are on the england squad... it's like being trained by the england football squad!!thanks to all the team

My son had his sixth birthday party here recently and it was absolutely amazing. The team took care of everything, all I needed to do was bring the cake, napkins, and party bag! This meant I was stress free and could enjoy a cup of tea whilst chatting to parents and taking photos of the kids.The kids were kept occupied for the whole hour of activities (kicking, boxing and foam swords!) The cafe, with seating separate to the main room, was a bonus for the parents who decided to stay.The whole team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One child had a couple of allergies and they were able to easily accommodate that. All the kids had a fab time and it was so nice to find a completely different party experience.

Both me and my son have been going to Burns School of Black Belts for the last year and half. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are top notch and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. A perfect environment to learn and grow in the martial arts. I have trained here twice a week for 1.5 years and have enjoyed every single session.My son started training when he was 4 years old and had some confidence issues and was quite shy. Since starting his martial arts journey he has become a different child, so much confidence and he enjoys every single lesson. I have recommended this place to all of my friends, family and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I regularly attend the Ladies only class on Wednesday and/or Friday and I absolutely love it. No two sessions are the same which means I am never bored, and as they take place at 09:30 I feel energised for the rest of the day. Took my 22 year old daughter along recently while she was home on holiday. She is a bit of a fitness fanatic and she was well impressed with the quality of the training. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

My Grandson has benefitted tremendously by attending Mr Burns classes. He has grown in confidence, fitness, and in his general demeanor, so I'm a real fan. I was suprised, however, when his Mum & Dad said they had booked the venue for his 5th birthday party. How wrong was my assumption. The event was catered an delivered with the same care and attention to detail, resulting in 28 very happy, very tired, very engaged children and the parents they brought with them.Team Burns you are stars! Total recommendation for any lesson or party.PS - the book Mr Burns gave my Grandson is a must read also

Absolute top notch Martial Arts school.My daughter has been attending for 2 years and loves the place. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and create a real family friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work.

My son has been going to BSBB for 4 years. All the staff are excellent, they always give 110% to all who attend. My son loves it. Lovely bunch of teachers & the guys & girls who attend classes are always pleasant & smile at everyone. Excellent location, always clean & tidy. Can’t fault BSBB. Keep up the hard work.
