Caroline really knows what she's doing and she's putting full effort in it. Lovely service! Been for a spray tan and got my eyebrows done - both times she's been lovely and no awkwardness what so ever :)

All the treatments I have had with Caroline have been great. She is very professional, has high standards and is friendly and easy to talk to. I’m not a big fan of salons and Caroline offers a really excellent service without it being an ordeal! I am so glad a friend recommended Caroline.

I dont know if I went to a different salon...but I found the woman very flustered when I got there not welcoming at all. I smiled at her when I opened the door and she didnt smile back or offer to take my coat or a drink or anything. She just said oh; im getting the bed ready...but I was only 5 mins early. I felt really awkward there and not welcome at all despite booking ahead. The treatment was industry standard anyone whose trained in waxing could do the same;...but for me I felt it was a strange experience she might have just had a bad day or lots on her mind bless her because we all do sometimes but I did try smiling and talking to her about my kids but it was just quite frosty and I didnt say anything bad to her I dont know the woman. I dont think I would go back as I think well I know I can get the same elsewhere maybe with someone who.smiles at me!xx

Struggling to get a photo that does these nails justice but Caroline did such an excellent job on my wedding nails for my big day, I absolutely love them ❤️

Caroline is absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend this salon highly enough! Have visited many different places over the years and now wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

After being a salon surfer for many years, visiting Caroline changed my experience(s) completely! I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else - it’s like visiting a friend who just happens to be able to give you the perfect manicure as well. Equally as warm and welcoming on the 1st treatment ever received as she is now on the 100th+. Thank you as always!

Lovely lovely lady always warm and welcoming and nothing too much trouble the services I have had ( and I’ve had quite a few) have been second to none - she always chats and is friendly and offers great aftercare advise and support I go out of my way to visit this salon
