Cambusbarron Pharmacy

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , young pharmacist unhelpful and rather than offering to resolve an issue with my prescription i was informed i had to go back to my doctor , when i explained what i thought the doctor meant to prescribe rather than offer to call the surgery and confirm i was informed to return to my GP !!i then had to drive to the surgery again hoping to get to see the doctor which i was fortunate to do after explaining the issue to the GP reception staff, i then leave with what i assumed was required in the first instance and return to said Pharmacy to collect my prescribed items .i would give this pharmacy zero stars if i could asa) common senseb) phone call to GP to question prescriptionwould have resolved this issue and a new prescription would have beeen dispatched to said pharmacyi doubt i will be back as it appears that the larger Pharmacists are more customer focused than the Cambusbarron Pharmacy which is a disappointment when they are meant to help local people

Excellent service - great to have a pharmacy in the village.

This pharmacy is a credit to Stirling in general. I switched to them from my old pharmacy about six months ago and they have been nothing but friendly, quick, efficient and helpful. I would never change again, especially as my son has health issues and they are always there to help and give advice. Thank you.
