I'm on vacation and I booked to have some time for myself after hiking, and it really was amazing. Parting from the place that is very beautiful and relaxing. I had manicures and pedicures and the treatments are excellent, enjoy the process. And Rosana and her staff are super attentive and professional (and they welcome you with delicious tea). honestly amazing, something i would do whenever i come to london!

I booked an appointment here after seeing it right near my hostel and I’m so glad I did! Rosana was so incredibly sweet and has such a joyful spirit! She made it clear from the start that my comfort and happiness was her priority.Not only that, she and Nataly do amazing work. I got a mani, pedi, and G5 massage. My nails look great! And the massage was so relaxing. Exactly what I needed after a long week of extensive walking. Rosana even stayed later to do my eyebrows, even though I hadn’t booked that in advance and I’m sure she was ready to go home at 7:00 on a Saturday. And my eyebrows look amazing too!Their prices are also incredibly reasonable, especially for the level and quality of service. This has become a new “must do”whenever I’m in London!Thank you so much Rosana and Nataly for your kindness and hospitality!

I had a manicure and pedicure here and both were amazing! The decor and music created a peaceful energy perfect for pampering.My hands and feet have never looked so beautiful! Rosanna and her staff were very welcoming, kind and extremely professional.I learnt so much from Rosanna about the problems I had with ingrown toe nails. After my pedicure I have not felt any pain whatsoever, which I did not think was possible.I was very close to having a procedure that relieves ingrown toenails but deforms the appearance of your toe slightly, so I will be forever grateful to her.My visit was also so informative, and im convinced Rosanna is a miracle worker. If you have any problems with ingrown toe nails, fungus or cracked heels please come to this salon, you will never regret it!I couldn't even count the amount of diplomas and certificates on her wall which stuck out as I havent seen this in nail salons, it gave me great comfort.I was even offered real coffee and snacks guys!! I recommend to everyone and can't wait to go back!! 20/10

We visited Rosana's salon on our vacation. Rosana has been an amazing help. She treated my badly cracked heels and gave me information about how to keep take proper care of them. She was very professional and made me feel beautiful both in my soul and in my body. I'm very glad that we popped in to her salon.I only van recommend for anyone ❤️

Amazing pedicure! Rosana saved my nails after being destroyed in a different salon! she had to spend extra time on my nails to save them from the cheap gel applied and it was obvious that she knows what she is doing and she took a great care during the process. She also explained what are issues and what best practices I should now follow going forward to save my nails. She was very friendly, positive and professional. Thank you so much for an amazing service and your help!

Visited Beauty and Pampering to see if they could help with my unkempt man toe's.It's a relaxed little shop with a personalised and welcoming feel that doesn't feel daunting to someone new to all this like me.Rosana was very professional and explained what she was doing and why, even giving me a few tips on what I can do to help maintain the results of her good work.

Additionally, Rosana’s Brazilian coffee was exceptional – a perfect touch to a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone needing a skilled and comforting beautician!

Cannot review Rosana and her services more highly. She is AMAZING. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgable, professional and customer-focussed.I was given a pamper day for my birthday, and WOW was I pampered from the moment I arrived. The range of treatments that I was given (feet, hands, face and massage) were all high-quality and tailored to me. Nothing was rushed and I was made to feel like the most important person in the world with freshly made coffee, teas and chocolate throughout the day. Rosana checked in with me to ensure that every treatment was appropriate and that I was comfortable, while engaging me with conversation which felt like real engagement rather than just small-talk (it really helps that Rosana herself is such an interesting woman!).Go go go - you won't regret it!
