Kasia was amazing! She listened and really took the time to care and understand the look I wanted. The best hairdressing experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back as I loved every minute. Thank you! I’m so happy!

I came in for a root tint and cut and blow dry on the 17th. After being told £87 on the phone without the 30% discount being applied by sarah, they charged me a £116 after applying first time client discount. A colour patch test had not been given prior to treatment, I had my treatment 12.15 in the afternoon and had fairly itchy scalp that day but just put it down to to heat. When I woke the next morning, my scalp was red, sore and itchy, I realise now that nobody had even given me ANY aftercare advice during the treatment and when I called back the salon and spoke to Harley she said if you would have had a reaction to the colour

The stylist I had this time was Tasa and she did my roots tint followed by a trim afterwards extremely well - very pleased.

Absolutely love Ella, she is amazing and so good at doing my hair for me, the colour and cuts always spot on and exactly how I like it . I always come out of Rush in Windsor after having my hair done by Ella feeling amazing and not wanting to wash it and restyle it…..thank you so so much xx

We had Harley and I’m sorry to say she was an awful hairdresser. I took my toddler and the hairdresser has absolutely ruined his hair. She didn’t have any plan just chopped away, nothing is straight and she didn’t even put water in before was just chopping all over the place. He was upset during which I appreciate is hard but she didn't once try and calm him or help she just stood there with no value added. I had to ask her to remove the hair from his face with a brush just such a bad attitude. His hair has been absolutely ruined I would not recommend at all and I will never be going back. Don’t cut toddler hair if you can’t handle they will be upset and don’t just chop at hair. His hair is sooo wonky and everyone has commented how bad it is.

I’ve been coming to see Katie at Rush Windsor for years! She’s amazing with my hair and so polite and friendly! The salon is so clean and tidy and always looks beautiful all the hairdressers are incredible at what they do! Whenever I phone for an appointment I always get excellent customer service and an appointment at short notice! After having my hair done I always come away feeling like I have had that 5* salon experience! Definitely recommend ❤️

Paid £80 for this!?!?!? It’s supposed to be one colour. The stylist just slapped the dye on me as quick as she could. Absolute rip off. Should’ve got a box dye for an eighth of the price. Do not come here.I told my stylist it was my first time at a salon so I guess she saw an opportunity to take advantage and do a half arsed job.I moved house out of the area the next day and asked if they could touch it up at my new local, they said it wasn’t possible. And neither is a refund. Disappointed is a heavy understatement.

Did my hair better than I expected. Got a lot of compliments and the staff was very supportive with the style i preferred but also made sure it suits my face shape. The kerastase fusio dose is highly recommended; made my hair healthy again
