Had to rush here last night for my 8 month old son. The wait was long - but the doctor was fantastic. Wouldn’t let us leave until our sons temperature had stabilised. That’s the sort of care you want from a doctor. Can’t fault the care we received! It was very busy, but everyone there staff wise was absolutely doing their best in a stressful situation. Would rather sit here for 8/9 hours to see a fantastic doctor like we did than be seen in 10 minutes and be fobbed off. Fantastic man.

I had an urgent appointment for my 4 year old daughter referred by 111. I highly appreciate the prompt and swift response from the reception staff and also Dr Shariff. I highly appreciate the care provided by this centre and highly recommend. Thank you and my kindest regards

Disgraceful experience. The one nurse on reception needs a personality transplant. Middle aged, blonde hair and glasses.I waited 7 hours to see a doctor. I was very poorly ( all symptoms of sepsis) After 4th hour I told her I felt really ill and faint. She told me to just sit down then"When I finally saw the doctor he said "youve only c9me here because you can't get in to see your own GP". said my symptoms were due to menopause.3 days later I was rushed in with peritonitis and a perforated bowel. An emergency colostomy followed."

After Waiting 7 hours watching two doctors walking around centre coming out of treatment rooms asking receptionist for sample bottles etc!One of the doctors was probably 75+ walking on slow motion mode the other one on the chat with reception all the time and took break for 45mins then gone home 11:45pm not seen anyone in last hour when asked receptionist what is going on ? Said you can't questions! As tax a payer I believe I have right to ask why they don't do their job , no matter job title

Disgraceful members of staff black female with braids very rude and white male mid 50s who said he was the lead staff on duty. They both didn't have any care, compassion or competence. I want to thank the lovely female who helped me in the end treated me with dignity and respect. We need more people like her working within the NHS, last but not least many thanks to the other female for completing my paperwork as l was unable to do so. (19/09/2023) under no circumstances l will enter back in that place!!I have to describe individuals by their skin colour, as l don't want to use their names. Remember we can be ill at anytime. Treat others how you would want to be treated, regardless of race, religion and sexual preferences.

Just been in with our eleven month old, it's Christmas eve so as expected it was rammed. But the people on the desks were brilliant. They were getting through people quickly and even offering free drinks and refreshments to us as we waited. Some people had been there a fair while, but the higher priority ones were very quick to be seen. The gp who saw us was excellent - and was very thorough.Fair play to all invovled, and thank you.

I’m grateful for this Centre. GP appointments are a thing of the past when you need one.The doctors and nurses are amazing. Reception staff bit miserable and act like they hate their jobs and rude. When people are poorly it would be nice to see a friendly face. Staff work hard and looked after my son very well. Yes we had to wait a while to see doctor but he was triaged within ten mins and had tests done by nurse ready for doctor to review. The NHS is on its knees we all know, but places like this are keeping things going for the minor illnesses in the absence of basic GP services. Well done to all the team on shift on 26 June 2023 9pm ! Note: This is a GP practice centre. Do not expect tests and X-rays and diagnostics about your health. This needs referral from your GP. You can not jump the queue going to A & E either there are rules in place they will send you home unless it’s a emergency.

Utterly terrible experience!Certain (not all) reception staff are rude, totally useless and downright arrogant! There was only 1 doctor working and a few nurses who seemed to spend more time walking about, chatting and on break, than they do with the actual patients! An 8 hour wait just to be told some very upsetting news in a highly insensitive way (that they assumed we already knew but unfortunately didn’t) and wait for it, this bit is exceptional! Urgent Care can’t make a diagnosis - It’s basically just a glorified GP Surgery (operated by a private company called Malling Health) to triage you elsewhere! I fail to see what service the department even provides? Not once were we informed or directed to a different/correct department, even though we filled out all the forms, went to all the desks and spoke to the reception staff (multiple times).Absolutely fuming, rest assured the CQC has already been informed!
