We just called in out of curiosity, a month later we had our gas fire (which we never used) taken out and the stove installed. The installation involved making the fireplace bigger, it seemed quite a bit of work but the whole job was completed in one day. They had a wide choice of stoves to choose from and offered good advice.

Thank you to Dantons in Beverley for the installation of a Wiking log burning stove. There was insufficient room without opening up the old fireplace and, at the same time, making the opening central on the wall. The whole job was completed superbly well, they organised a chimney sweep and cleaned up all of the rubble, leaving me with a beautiful stove perfectly centred and that works very well. If you are considering a log burning stove then speak with the team in Beverley.

Purchased my stove from Danstons and fitted in March by Mike, both a pleasure to deal with. Dantons were great to do a home visit to give me some advice and show me some stoves. Once id ordered it they were very accommodating with fitting dates to fit around my shifts which was appreciated. Fitting by Mike was spot on too, nice guy who did a top job. My living room is homely and cozy now when ive had the stove lit. Very happy.

Extremely happy with our double-sided logburner!! Dantons were professional and helpful from start to finish. The Danton fitters, Chris and Andy, were fantastic too. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you :)

**Updated 14/04/2022** This is the second wood burner which we have had installed by Dantons (Beverly branch), what can I say, the customer service and knowledge provided by Dan is second to none, if you are looking for a trustworthy company and great industry knowledge look no further! The installation was completed by Andy and again it didn’t disappoint, cracking job all round guys!

£4500. Like the finished product, but cost more than quoted and took 3 months longer than expected to finish with about 5 extra visits required to finish the job. The contracted builders were great but the brick slip builders not good and Danton very poor.When complaining on various issues, like the builders thinking the fireplace was flat due to the black and white photo they got from Dalton, and the size being bigger due to the expect flat design, and my wife sayings it’s okay (but at additional cost which wasn’t discussed). Then not coming checking the measurements before ordering, for the money paid is not good enough.Profit is a significant priority over customer satisfaction is my conclusion.
