Granddaughter bought first car from KL Motors after an expensive exhaust fault had been rectified. 5 months later the emissions warning light illuminated and the fault was traced to the front cat pipe which had been replaced before purchase and appeared to be defective. Since the new part had been paid for by KL Motors, and still under the 12 month new part warranty, we had to contact them to see if they could assist with rectifying the problem and return the defective part to the manufacturer. Kamil couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged for the fitting of a replacement part under the warranty at no cost. Customer service was excellent.

Bought Vauxhall Meriva, with 3 months warranty and MOT till August 2019,after 3 week brakes failed, this was not covered and I had to pay after paying 1500 for this vehicle.Kamal would not even meet me halfway to share the cost. Also I as we are in Scotland temporarily he said all along yeah I will buy back at a reasonable price."He bought the car for less than half of what we paid. Now he only wants to pay me 500 > 750 max. Just bought a Peugeot 207 for my Daughter who has recently passed her test. Kamel was very helpful and gave her a full years MOT and 3 months warranty. There was no pressure to buy and he took her on a test drive to make sure she was happy. Would definitely buy from here again.

I have bought a couple of cars from this garage and I can't fault them in any way. Kamil is very friendly and helpful. I seen a car on his website and I phoned but I am just getting over the flu so I'm not planning in going out. Kamil brought the car to me within 20 minutes and I never asked him. How nice was that. 3rd car I've bought from Kamil, every time it's been absolutely faultless. Very accomodating and sincere guy who's true to his word. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else from now on. If you're buying a car and looking for someone you can trust this is the place.

Sold me a faulty car and attempted to misadvise me on my rights repeatedly. Submitted a fraudulent claim of mileage driven in an attempt to retain some cash. Avoid vigorously, a mechanic gave the opinion that the car was sold knowingly with major issues patched over to appear saleable. Reported to DVSA.

Would never buy a car from here again. The car came with a broken reverse light. He told me I never needed one and took persuading to fix it. I it also turned out to have a broken A.B.S ring he told me there was nothing wrong with the car and it was my driving and I shouldn't say to the garrage as they would say the same. It also had a faulty sump which his warranty never covered and he wouldn't foot the bill.
