I had the most amazing experience in the stunning shop in Chesterfield. Claire was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect ring for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She arranged for it to be resized and also for my old ring to be rhodium plated… I didn’t know that was possible!I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Management and team are extremely friendly and welcoming.Have not purchased Jewerlly with them directly and so cannot comment on the purchasing experience…Purchased a watch on CW Sellors online and asked if they would be happy to adjust the braclet. Before adjusting, I made it very clear I wanted someone to handle the watch with care.The manager took it upon herself to really ensure she did not damaged it and treated it with so much care.As I waited for the watch links to be removed, staff members really went out there way to make conversation…These are clearly very well trained professional individuals.If I was to purchase a Jewellery item in the Chesterfield area I would definitely choose this store..5* customer service…

What a warm friendly welcome on the phone! I called C W Sellors at the Chesterfield branch to enquire about Georg Jenson earrings. The information shared was friendly, polite and professional not to mention really helpful in helping me decide not only what, but where I wanted to make my purchase. It turned out, I spoke to the manager , Claire. A great first impression- thank you

Avoid CW Sellors at all costs! A shocking business with an appalling lack of customer service. I have never left a complaint about any business, until now. I bought an expensive necklace online as a present for my partner and it was faulty when it arrived. I returned the necklace in person to the Bakewell store in January and had an email confirming it was received by head office. I then heard nothing so I politely messaged CW Sellors via WhatsApp, who claimed they would “chase” this for me. I then heard nothing again, so I politely messaged asking for a time frame for the refund. They then ignored my message and I had to email, they are now refusing a refund even though the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states I am eligible for a refund. I am extremely appalled by the lack of customer service and the audacity for the company to blatantly ignore the Consumer Rights Act. After this horrendous experience I shall not be purchasing from CW Sellors again. To anyone considering purchasing from CW Sellors, I would not recommend them unless you want to be ignored, have your money taken and your time wasted. There are plenty of other fantastic jewellers in surrounding areas which deliver far better quality and customer service. I will be taking legal action and it is completely unacceptable as a business to behave in this manner.

I purchased a ring from the C W Sellors store in Chatsworth House. I was surprised and upset to notice it had turned my finger Green within hours of wearing it, not what you expect from a £90 ring. I don’t live locally to chatsworth so returning in person was impossible. I called the Ashbourne number on my receipt, as there was no contact detail for the concession. They advised to send the ring back to them in the post for a refund to be processed. I duly followed the advice, sent tracked signed for with a covering letter providing all the details of the purchase, my details, and requested a phone call to sort out the refund I’d asked for. I noted via Royal Mail tracking it had been delivered on 30/11. I waited and waited for contact, none came. A week passes and I call the Ashbourne number again, someone takes some details and promises to call me back. No call comes. I call again the following day, speak to someone different who advises the refund might need to come from the concession, she takes my details again and promises a call back. No call comes. I give it a few more days before calling again, I speak with someone different again, give him my details again. This time he promises a call directly from the con session. Just over an hour later that call comes, from Claire who apologises sincerely for the issues I’ve had, takes my details, and explains the steps she will immediately take to get my refund completed. True to her word, Claire does exactly what she promised. Even going above and beyond by giving me her personal phone number to ensure there were no further problems. Can confirm the refund arrived in my account the following day. Thank you Claire, really appreciate you sorting this out in double quick time. I would give Claire 5 stars, but the service from the Ashbourne office 1 star.

Seems to close at least 20 minutes earlier than the listed time on a Saturday. Door was locked despite there being people inside and was not let in. Very dissapointing. Will be purchasing my watch elsewhere.

Fabulous service from Leanne and Claire in the Chesterfield store today. Sellors is always my first stop for purchases as well as for repairs or jewellery cleaning. Such a professional and fairly priced business. Highly recommend!

Rather unprofessional service - ordered a watch with a faulty movement. I sent it in for repair of the movement after just 3 months of having the watch. They finally after multiple weeks figured out it couldn't be fixed so they decided to send a replacement. The replacement watch (value of around £1.400) was then sent to my old address despite me advising them I had moved address and it had to be send to my new one.Further to this, they didn't even notify me when the watch was shipped nor did they send it tracked or secured. It was simply dropped in front of my old flat for anyone to take. Luckily, my old neighbor said there was a small package in front of my door so I went to pick it up.Extremely unprofessional and I will not be buying from these guys again.

I simply can’t recommend C W Sellors Fine Jewellery highly enough. We have visited their shops in Ashbourne, Bakewell and the boutique in Whitby, as well as contacting them via email and telephone, the customer service is always first class. Today we returned to Ashbourne, our third visit in as many months, to view a ring we had booked once to view. Demi had telephoned to confirm the viewing and was there to greet us today. As with previous visits she took time to show us the ring we had arranged to see. Following discussions and having been unsure of the fit and the width of the item, she showed us other options, both from stock and the online catalogue, until we decided on a custom made order. So, we will have to visit the store again: I can’t wait as this retailer, and their staff, set the standard for customer service.

The chesterfield store is quite interesting. A great stock of Oris, Longines and Tissot. No Seiko or Citizen etc so for a smaller shop you've got great choices of Swiss brands. They got in a couple of watches within a day from the larger group which is handy. The ladies that work there are really great and helpful. I know they're selling me expensive watches but they get the balance of professionalism and banter right. A quality company. I'm gonna try not to go back but...
