Excellent service and very competitive price. We needed structural calculations in a hurry as building works were well underway and our architect failed to advise us that we needed structural calculations for our vaulted roof. These were provided in a couple of days and met all the required building control regulations. This meant that we could continue with the work. This is the first time that I have used PorthouseDean and I have been extremely happy with the service. As well as the very detailed calculations and specifications, drawings and supporting documentation, Chris and the gang have held my hand on what started out as a quite straight forward knock through requiring to Beams circa 3m and 1 at 2.1M into a full double skin wall being removed and a 5.6m steel being specified with minimal piers. I was back and forward with suggestions and questions and to be honest I think I was a pain in the Butt, it did not phase the team, the were very quick to reply and keen to help with their own suggestions and then new calculations. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects and would highly recommend them.

Our Project Coordinator, Justyna, worked with our architech to put together a structural plan for our extension. It was clearly explained and transparent every step of the way. I felt informed about what was going on. Fully recommended.
