Very nice car but not impressed with the service. Took my car in for diagnostics - error message from the parking sensor. When booking in was told likely stone chip damage and bumper has to come off to look at the sensor and I would get it back same evening which made sense to me. Car is eight months old but I guess these things happen. Brought the car in at 8 am. Very difficult during the day to get updates. Received a message later asking me to pay 27.50 for a missing wheel nut. I tried to call and message them - very difficult to get through - they did in the end find the wheel nut. Eventually collected the car in the evening to be told I had to bring it back to have the bumper taken off. It I had known it would take two days to do diagnostics I could have planned for that. Now its another month until the diagnostics can be done and it will probably be february before its all done. Not impressed.

Right from the test drive, he kept me informed of everything that was happening and stayed in touch with after I had received the car to see how I like it. His knowledge for VW is amazing and I would definitely be going there again in the future.If I could describe Lewis’s salesmanship as a footballer, he would be Ronaldinho as his touch is class.
