Visited yesterday to have a look around for a new bike. Woman came over and showed me a cpl of bikes, when I told her I only had A budget of around £1500 she totally changed her attitude, literally snubbed her nose at me and stated you won't find anything for that price in here as she literally walked away and left me standing in the middle of the shop. What a terrible stinking attitude to have. Helensburgh snobbery at its best right there. Went along the road to Halfords and picked up a reasonably decent ebike for £1100.

Fantastic bike shop! Bought two e-bikes and have had so much pleasure out of them already! Super friendly service and sorted out all necessary accessories from lights, to racks and locks - nothing was too much trouble! Needed a lot of work done on my drive train, brakes and gears. Job was done brilliantly and quickly. Bike now rides better than the day I got it. Fair price too

Offered the guy money to build my bike up as I was in need of help but because I wanted to buy my forks and brake set elsewhere he told me he wouldn't help. I would have thought a small business in Helensburgh during the winter would need the business and obviously the return custom and it wasn't as if I wouldn't have bought the chain, cassette etc, not recommend as he has a stinking attitude.

Excellent for a small shop they have a good stock of things you could require got what I needed after giving away stuff to a broken down cyclist on my earlier trip.
