Came out on behalf of RAC when I broke down on M6. Arrived in good time, driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Recovered me efficiently to a garage of my choosing. Top service from start to finish highly recommend

What can we say except these guys should be riding horses ... Knights in shining armour... Matty and Sam were amazing , helpful and calm in what was an extremely stressful and upsetting time for us. They have made us feel so much happier and reassured and once our beautiful caravan is repaired we will definitely call them back for their services to tow her home. Fantastic service - we were on holiday in an isolated spot in Wales having waited over 48 hours Burke Bros recovered our vehicle & trailer despite really difficult circumstances - a difficult track where the driver had to stop part way down, then helped to take our vehicle to meet the truck despite significant damage. I was so impressed with their service and what was done for us! Thank you. Excellent work from a top man, on his first day! Could not have asked for more :)

Absolutely incredible service from Rob. After a long wait from our breakdown company, when he realised we were on the job list for a later pick up, he loaded our vehicle onto the lorry and let us wait in the cab with our three children for our taxi. A credit to the company.

Paul came to save the day when my car broke down and was undriveable in a precarious junction. He kept in contact on his arrival time and was really helpful when picking up the car he gave me great advice and supported me with my young child ensuring we were safe at the scene. I haven't used Burke bros before but my car was well looked after and the service from start to finish was amazing everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. THANK YOU I would highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They towed our caravan from Wolverhampton to Dolgellau in Wales with absolutely no problems. The trip was pre booked and they were on time, pleasant and easy to deal with. Josh was our driver who was very understanding and helpful. He was truly a professional driver and towed our caravan perfectly. Would personally highly recommend these guys to anybody. Well done.

I was transported from Droitwich to Dorset with my classic vehicle by a very nice Italian man. He was so mindful of my cherished vehicle, which was very carefully loaded onto the recovery truck. I arrived home safely.

Please look at the replay the gave: False information. Please look the image which clearly your driver said he damage the car when he was offloading the vehicle. He didn’t mention any friends or anything. Driver and the company gave the word to fixt the door but they didn’t and they keep lying. They don’t want to pay and they denied with false informationNow they replay saying my friends was pushing the car, i didn’t had any friends with me on that day it was your driver and me, nobody was around us, stop giving false information, I got everything on CCTV of the Gerage and on my dash cam. Rubish company. With no life, all the time lying and mote lies, I don’t understand where my friends came from. The driver was pushing the Virchow from the recovery truck and he left my door open and the driver was inside of the vehicle, when he was reversing the car from the truck my door smashed with the ramp of the Gerage, so tell me where my friends came from? STOP GIVING FALSO INFORMATION.Driver came 3h and 25 min late, every 30min they was saying they are stuck in traffic and they will be with me soon, driver came at 16:55 and picked the car from northfield and the dropped on my local Gerage, when the driver was dropping the car to the Gerage, he left the driver side door open and smashed my door, the company was responsible for this and the driver and the company was admitting there fault and the driver and the company they gonna repair my door, the driver gave me his contact number so he will do it privately, after following day I called the driver he didn’t answered and didn’t picked the call, I called the company in the morning and they totally changed saying it not there fault, they didn’t know I have a dash cam in my car and I have for everything recorded, I have spoke with the manager and she hang up the call and being soo rude, I told her to to pass me to the director (Sam Burke) and she refused to transfer the call, drivers name is Josep from Wolverhampton. Very disrespectful company, and unprofessional. They didn’t done anything and i took this forward to MIB I will definitely see them in court.

Burkes bros are the guys that turn up and save the day !!!!! Massive breakdown companies hiding behind their images have to rely on these guys ! I was stranded for over 24 hours after calling a big company for help. Female on my with two kids 120 miles from home actually frightened holding on to false forever changing promises. These turned up when they said they would and basically saved us. They got the three of us home safely and my car when noone else could. Forever grateful to them. The lad who recovered us was understanding and kind to me and the kids. Thank you once again
