Massively enjoying this gym. I was coming from zero fitness so the trial month was ideal to test if it this was for me!It is. The whole set up is brilliant - the training is enjoyable (and challenging!), the gym itself is a cool spot and I’ve been made feel really welcome since day one. Would definitely recommend, whatever your fitness level.

Absolutely brilliant gym. I've been doing 2 sessions a week for the past few weeks and feel I've never been fitter and my boxing has improved massively.The facility itself is very slick. Jake and Orla are so welcoming and the gym has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

I had an excellent boxing 121 with Orla recently. I want to gain good boxing fundamentals and it's clear she really knows her stuff. I'm now doing 2 x weekly 121s to keep me fit in my football off season.
