Fun Fest Four Oaks - children's holiday club in Sutton Coldfield

My child recently went to some of the sessions at the Hill West School branch.On every occasion that I went to collect my child his name was incorrectly signed off for another child's name. Funnily enough his name was always mistaken for other ethnic minority children's names. God forbid there would ever be a fire drill, how will the staff know which is the correct child on the register???I'll give 2 stars as my child did say he had fun however low rating due to the ignorant staff/children at reception signing the children in and out. Word of advice..take an extra 5 seconds to read the child's name even if it is unfamiliar to you and if you're incapable of putting words of the english alphabet together seek further assistance from a colleague who has that ability to do so.Will I return next year...probably not as I'm sure nothing will be done about this lack of education for the staff here.

My 5 year old daughter loves it there and there’s always loads of variety on the activities. And the staff are lovely!

Our kids (7 and 5) love funfest, the activities on offer are really fun and age appropriate and the staff are kind and enthusiastic. We'll definitely be using funfest again, thanks so much to all the hardworking team!
