One Stop

I ordered a parcel from Zara and chose this as my pickup point. I got a message from Royal Mail yesterday that it was ready for collection. I went to pick it up from there today to be told by a lady that the post office is now temporarily closed (since this afternoon apparently) and that the parcels were collected and taken back to Northfield for redelivery to my home address. I stated that I specifically didn’t want it delivered to my home address because I won’t be in but she obviously didn’t care because after speaking to Royal Mail customer services Allen’s cross post office have returned the parcel to sender ie back to Zara and now there is no way I can redirect that parcel. It needs to return to Zara’s warehouse for a refund. I am frustrated by this complete display of incompetence by this post office. Is it a post office? Is it not a post office? Or is it just a post office when they feel like it?? Either way they need to sort it out so that people like myself are not massively inconvenienced by their incompetence. The parcel contained a interview outfit that I now need to try and find by Friday so not stressful at all. Thanks a lot.

Useless!! not even worth one star! Parcel force put a card through the door saying this was where my parcel had been left. I have been twice so far and still unable to get my parcel as yesterday whoever runs the post office part of the shop not there and today she wouldn't open the post office. I am complaining to Parcel force about this place now. Do not use!

The staff here are very rude.And the post office is closed.Warning Do not send parcels here.

Just tried to ring them 5 times to see if the cash machine is working yet and they just keep putting the phone down plus I've never seen so much dandfruff on one person unhygienic really

AVOID! Rude staff who don't even acknowledge you let alone say hello back to you. Staff bring in their own dogs that are behind the counter or sniffing food. Watch the sell by date labels as often the milk is days out of use by date along with other products.

The closing times need to be changed, made a trip to the shop at 9.30pm for it to be closed. Also brought Out of code products on a few occasions from here too before

VERY WELL STOCKED SHOP AND THE STORE ASSISTANT ('JO') IS A VERY POLITE, HELPFUL AND WONDERFUL WOMAN WHO ALWAYS TAKES TIME TO SAY HELLO, ASK HOW YOUR DOING AND SPEAK TO YOU... THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS SHOP IS THAT IT IS THE ONLY LOCAL PLACE WITH A FREE TO USE CASH MACHINE.. HOWEVER, OUT OF ABOUT 10 TIMES I HAVE GONE TO USE IT, AT LEAST 8 OUT OF 10 TIMES, THE MACHINE IS EITHER OUT OF ORDER OR IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY CASH IN IT DUE TO THE STORE OWNER OBVIOUSLY ISN'T FILLING IT UP.! I DON'T SEE THE POINT OF HAVING IT IN THERE AND I THEN HAVE TO EITHER USE THE CASHPOINT AT BEST ONE STORE WHICH CHARGES £0.99p OR THE ONLY OTHER OPTION IS TO GET THE BUS INTO NORTHFIELD WHICH IS DIFFICULT FOR ME AS I'M DISABLED.. OTHER THAN THIS PROBLEM, THE SHOP IS GREAT BUT PLEASE SORT OUT THE CASH MACHINE ISSUE IF YOUR READING THIS MANAGER..! THANKYOU...

The only post office locally that is ACTUALLY open on a Sunday like they say. Service was as fabulous and Jane is lovely!
