Highly recommend this company. My washing machine stopped working this week, I contacted them and received a quick response. Kevin was then able to come out and fix it the same day. He was very thorough and explained what had gone wrong and how to fix it - definitely good value and saved me from having to buy a new one!

The door to our oven broke over the weekend. We phoned Kevin on Monday morning to see if he could come and either repair it or, because it was getting pretty old, replace it. He arranged to visit us between jobs that morning and came fairly soon after. We had a discussion and soon agreed on a replacement. In less than two hours, not only did we have a brand new oven but it was installed and Kevin gave us a brief run through of its functions. Absolutely excellent service; we can't recommend enough.

Very quick to diagnose and fix a fault with the clock on our oven. The electrician who came to our house, Kevin, was very professional, friendly and knew his stuff. I would use them again and recommend to others who need an appliance fixing quickly.

Called last week in the morning and Kevin came out to us that same morning which was great and solved not one but two appliance issues, my washine machine was leaking and my electric oven had stopped heating up. Fast, friendly service. I would definitely recommend Castlecroft Domestic Services.

I don't give 5 stars because I don't think anyone is perfect. But I have received prompt, courteous and a very good service today. Things was explained to me and with in less than 3 hrs from calling to have my washer working with a load done I think deserves the 5 stars, thank you
