Stopped in for a diamond wash randomly on a Saturday morning. There was no queue and the team instantly whisked my car away for a glamorous makeover! Not only does it shine, but it smells incredible. The team were all so friendly and professional and I loved that the prices are clear and you can pay by card. You can sit in the waiting room and watch the dirt get blasted away but honestly I was in and out in 15 mins so there wasn’t much waiting! Brilliant experience.

Superb car wash. They ACTUALLY properly clean your car. Snow foam is used also, which is much better for your paintwork, Wheels are as clean as you would do them yourself Won’t be going to the clown who damaged my paintwork in Hiltingbury no more.!!!

Useless! £140 quid for a full valet, jet washed my flooring and soaked my central locking wires that has now broke and costing me £200 quid to repair. Said they would call me and sort it out but no call saying it’s not there fault

2nd visit and both times the work 'completed' has been great.Check price and what you expect is included first!They charge my wheelchair accessible vehicle(which the DVLA class as a car, I'd say MPV) as a van, so charge more.But on my first visit they omitted to clean the roof, which I only noticed from an upstairs window once home.If charging more for a bigger vehicle surely you still clean all of it, the signage does not state they do not clean roofs on larger vehicles.I politely queried this on today's visit and was advised roof would be another £5 extra, this is also not on the signage.However the staff member(who obviously doesn't set the price structure) listened to my enquiry and was very friendly smiley and said he would pass on my comments, I was very impressed with how he dealt with the matter, well done.I will definitely use this company again myself and hopefully they will have updated their price matrix.
