We taught Pete on our personal training course. We have always been very impressed with how motivational and inspiring Pete has been after finishing our course.To this day we always use Pete as a role model to our current and future learners. We can't emphasise enough how good Pete the Gym Van is as a trainer.

His friendliness, charisma and passion to deliver high quality sessions are second to none.When you join a session with Pete, whether it be Personal Training or group fitness, you know you'll be looked after.Petes Diligence and attention to detail to help tweek your form to get the best results for you has been a game changer with his clients, he listens to their needs, creates fun workouts in vibrant settings all while getting the desired results from all that put their trust in to him.I'm proud to work along side Pete, Knowing his back story and why he is in the industry today is humbling and heart warming.If you're looking for a training within Norfolk and Suffolk, I'd suggest getting in contact with Pete.

I’ve been training with Pete for almost 1 year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well!I must be a glutton for punishment.Pete is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.Importantly:– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment aswell, and would recommend The gym van to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.

Pete is a fantastic trainer. I am not a natural gym bunny and when I approached him to discuss my goals of returning to fitness , he made me feel at ease. I wanted to build all round fitness and strength. Whether working out in the gym or in my back garden each session is different , I never thought working out could be fun. I now have more confidence in pushing myself in achieving more . He records every session so you can plot your progress. I would recommend Pete to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, their well - being in a fun safe environment.

I have been a private client with Pete (AKA Gym Van) for over a year. I needed help building up my strength following a serious accident that left me with life changing injuries. As an endurance athlete and Ironman triathlete it was really important to me to return to some level of sport. Pete had his work cut out as nerve damage from 7 vertebrae fractures was challenging for both of us. 3 years post accident with Petes guidance and training programs I am now able to squat, deadlift and lift weights which is something I was told I would not be able to do.Not only that but I have completed a couple of marathons and triathlons. Not anywhere near the level I was competing but I’m back doing what I love! albeit a lot slower and nowhere near as pretty! Pete has been there along the way ensuring training was based on avoiding injury but building strength to help my back and core. I am in no doubt that without his expert tuition I would not be where I am today. He changes each session to ensure each muscle group is worked but not over stressed and keeps things fun and interesting. Amazing guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Can’t recommend him enough
