Terrible company to deal with, the letter they sent stated I had council tax due on the property I have lived at for the last two years from 5 years ago when I am up to date with it here. It turned out they got it wrong and was from a different property so I asked for a more up to date detailed letter sending out to me of which they said would cost me but it was not my mistake. I then made an offer based on the information they reluctantly gave me over the phone of which they refused and wanted 600% more than what I could afford per month while on benefits, so I asked to send me an expenditure form to show I couldn't pay more and they said they couldn't do that I would have to make one up myself. This company does not want to help out it wants to see you suffer!!!!

Suzan has an absolute disgusting sense of tone. Had a threatening tone, with full of attitude. Claiming a whole load of lies and making up charges. Such an awful experience speaking to this human. She cut me off when I asked to speak to someone who has no attitude. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this human!

They claimed to have sent me a mail correspondence but it arrived after they came to my door. As I work I wasn't home so they called me to threaten me. I asked why nobody called me earlier and they said they didn't have my number....just wondering how they were able to ring me. They basically waited 2 weeks to let me know there was a debt so they could tack on an additional £235 or so for doing nothing at all. It's a joke of a practice, to prey on people who don't even know they have a debt or that it's outstanding. They best part was he told me he was going to come to the property and claim what he thought was needed be be sold to pay the debt and would bring the cops to arrest me and put me in jail. What happened to consumers rights and a fair system where we aren't lied to and manipulated, forced to pay hundreds of £ extra just because the agency decides not to contact you for 2 weeks. Has this happened to anyone else.

They sent a threatening agent to my door despite the fact that the person they were looking for no longer lived there. I spoke to Daniel on the phone who who spoke over me the entire duration of the call in an aggressive and patronising way. He informed me that there is no complaints procedure and told me he was terminating the call before I had even been given a chance to speak fully. He told me that it was our fault for not having informed them that the old tenant lived at the property any more. He said the only way they try to find out whether the people they are chasing still reside at the properties they try to enter is by visiting them (and threatening them) other than that they do no prior research at all. Unbelievably awful people, they will soon be being investigated.

Absolutely disgusting bully collector Mr S Petrie is. He's clamped a car yesterday afternoon 1.50pm that isn't even in the debtors name, proof of sale was sent both to himself and to phoenix, they said they wanted proof debtor wasn't on insurance so didn't accept that the car wasn't their's, even though clearly on the bill of sale it has another person's name and address. It's now 8.45am on the next day and they still haven't taken this clamp off nor contacted us. Disgraceful!!

Quite the most obnoxious people I have ever had to deal with. Rude, condescending call centre staff, unreasonable ‘enforcement agents’.On receiving the first letter from them, I immediately called to offer £100 per week (£900 ‘debt’), to be told they wouldn’t accept anything less than 3 monthly payments of £300.I get paid weekly - when I tried to explain this, the awful, awful ‘lady’ on the other end of the line told me that this wasn’t good enough and I’d have to wait for someone to visit to ‘assess my situation’.Next thing I know, I’m getting a call from a ‘bailiff’ at my property while I’m at work demanding payment in full (plus £235 in enforcement fees, bumping my debt up to almost £1200!)Since then I’ve ignored all contact from this company, and I’ve made a complaint to my local council (my original creditor) about them.Hilariously, the latest letter I received from them states that they’re trying to help - nothing could be further from the truth. These are absolute vultures, picking on those trying to pay up as a soft touch, and finding any excuse possible to bump up their total with fees.My advice would be not enter into any correspondence with them, and pay your original creditor directly.

Knock on your door/windows at 6.30am in the morning....Demanding £393 for an alleged parking ticket from the council?!post notes threatening removal of goods( don’t have any goods anyway only property) Which they can’t enforce or remove anything , civil issue not a criminal one, just don’t engage with them in anyway shape or form and don’t open the door.I went to my local council and engaged with them and also Northampton traffic enforcement bulking centre(whatever that is) (via email) to resolve alleged debt.

****WATCH OUT,VERY SNEAKY COMPANY****They wait till you owe them a small amount,in our case it was just £30 they then don't send you a reminder via text or email or even have the courtesyto call you and before you know it an enforcement agent will turn up and charge you an extra £235 for just knocking on your door.The samething happend to my friends too,coincidence I think not.A horrible company preying on people that are genuinely struggling to make ends meet.

Worse people ever. Unhelpful and harassing. They can't help at all, after calling them to arrange monthly payments, they never answered and I instead paid part of the bill. Then they have been harassing me with phone calls everyday when I told them I can't pay fully at one go, but split the costs, their silly employee called Jade was useless and stated it's either full amount now or they send enforcement office. I mean we trying to resolve issues here but them ain't helping out at all. They need to be taught some basic customer service skills and also fix their working environment as when you speak to them you can hear all the background conversation of the colleagues which makes you think have I called a call centre or a pub full of people.

Absolutely awful company, needs to be shut down. One man came with a letter, we called the office, got told it was down the man they sent out, we rang him to sort a payment arrangement, he hung up, 2 days later he returned with another letter with a hand written note demanding the money in full. We've been ringing the company since after borrowing the money as my anxiety and depression has rocketed and we've been out in hold then hung up on after 10 mins twice. Absolutely dreadful company who rely on scare tactics and bullying. Councils who use these should be ashamed of themselves, as should the company. I'll be complaining to my council.
