AVS Service Centre

I hope it adds value to this review that I am a maintenance engineer with over 30years of experience.When driving round the back of an industrial estate in Camborne you start to question that decision to save money on the main dealer. Upon arrival parking can be tight, but that's because they are busy, garages without customers don't last long. Looking in the workshop, you see a professional workshop that is clean, tools returned to where they live, technicians wearing suitable PPE and Overalls.My service work was about 15% cheaper than the local dealer, who's abilities I doubt in comparison to this team.Upon collection and paying the agreed price with no surprises we spoke briefly and there was no upsell on work not required, my car drove positively and I am really pleased to have tried AVS.I had a blast from the past and saw the small sticker in the windscreen, this showed next service and MOT due date, info I have via a calendar, but it's always when you're driving you think about it.

Had to visit avs twice with two separate faults at different times. Both times great customer service, quick and professional work. Main dealer quality at an independent price. Would 100% recommend. Will be taking all our cars there.

Used Avs for the first time to supply and fit cam belt on a Polo. Found them very friendly and helpful with reasonable prices and good communication. Will go back again next time we need work doing.

Lovely group of people, with excellent knowledge and top level customer service! Been using these guys for a while now and will continue to do so! Really friendly and easy to talk to whilst also reassuring and reliable...working around my work schedule and got the job done to a high level...did run into a little problem not on there end..but got solved without extra cost and a very reasonable price overall, would highly highly recommend these guys.
