ADHD Norfolk have been so supportive throughout my diagnosis, from the initial appointment right through to assisting with medication, they are always there to answer any questions and I have never felt judged. They are such a friendly understanding team and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone wanting to explore a potential diagnosis. Thanks for everything you have done for me :-)

Professional, friendly and supportive. Exactly what we needed when navigating a private diagnosis for our teenage daughter. This diagnosis enabled our daughter to finally be given the support she needed and deserved at school. She is now thriving, and I have no doubt it is because of ADHD Norfolk!

I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your diagnosis and support.1. They only offer non-stimulant medication, this is not explained clearly and apparently you don’t even have to sign anything to confirm you understand that. You will need to then go back to the nhs or self refer to get the medication that works best for most people.2. Support beyond medication is very poor including the so called coaching sessions (having had coaching at other places which actually gave us some good help and guidance). We were even told that “99% of arguments are the person with ADHD’s fault”. Very poor and unprofessional.3. When asked about what literature they recommend, the only thing I was offered was a child’s book to read (I am an adult). Which demonstrates to me that as a coach there is little in the way of research done.There are a lot better places and people you can talk to for support on what is a difficult period of people’s lives, I wish I knew now what I did before I choose to part with a lot of money for little back apart from a diagnosis.Very poor in my experience and I make sure everyone I speak to is aware when I talk to them about my diagnosis.

ADHD Norfolk gave me my life back! It felt easy to get the help and support I needed so quickly and professionally, the team are always there when needed , the support is amazing I really don’t know what I would have done without Jeannette and her amazing team thank you so much

Getting diagnosed here was a big mistake, there are inaccuracies in my diagnosis and was basically forced into taking expensive medication with no other support offered after although it was promised. There is so much better help out there for ADHD these guys are just Money grabbers!

This review is only reflective of my experience with a child with ADHD. If you’re looking for a private diagnosis to enable you to utilise NHS services then this is for you. If you’re looking for support and assistance with medication or even a response to an email then this is not. Very misled when taking £100’s after initial consultation. The only benefit we have had is the diagnosis itself. Please bear in mind the NHS MAY NOT accept this as explained to us today. Luckily they dealt with my son because I bought so much evidence with me and they said it’s clear but others may not be so lucky. This was a non negotiable for us when deciding to pay or not so we would’ve been very upset. No responses to emails asking for referral documents etc until I said I would share my experience. Be careful.

ADHD Norfolk have been instrumental in helping my daughter with her ASD / ADHD traits, Graham & the team really get the challenges that families face, the levels of professionalism, support & empathy are amongst the highest i have ever seen - thank you so so much for the support !!

Where do I start , ADHD Norfolk have been absolutely fantastic with both myself and my 10year old daughter . From the moment I first enquired about the services offered to the moment I left with my daughters diagnosis , all the staff made us feel comfortable , welcomed , supported , important and they listened to us with a non judgmental approach . The knowledge they all have is astounding, the compassion and care they show is admirable . I want to say a special thanks to Jeanette, Graham and the psychiatrist Irina who even after diagnoses still offered support and help to make sure my daughter gets the help and support she rightly deserves within her life . They are all angels in disguise and I am so thankful for people like the above that are there to help and support children and adults who have neurodivergent conditions .

ADHD Norfolk offers thorough assessments and diagnosis with excellent support included after diagnosis. The team is welcoming, knowledgeable and always available to help.

ADHD Norfolk have been so helpful and supportive following my diagnosis in 2020, they provided additional assistance for my family in helping us to understand what would come after my diagnosis and helped to ensure we knew everything we could regarding medication and implemented further help in school arrangements.
