Great place to buy your e-cigarettes and peripherals. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are always on hand for any help you may need. Extensive range of e-liquids which are all UK made by Mirage themselves.They even have e-liquid testing machines in this store which allows you to taste the various flavours they have on offer before you buy. This aside, if there is another flavour you'd like to try, the staff will happily set up an individual e-cigarette for you to test and taste.I've been using these guys for a number of years at various stores around Sheffield and you'd be hard pressed to find a better retailer!

Very friendly just a shame it's close to fargate which is dangerous to visit these days .. its a huge dump

Went in today to buy a Squonk vape, they only had one type in stock and the reason I went was to get some advice on how to use and rebuild it. The guy who served me was very honest and told me he didn’t know how to and said ‘that’s what YouTube is for’ and then proceeded to ask his college who looked to have been his superior. His college answered one question whilst he was on the phone and then went into the back room on the phone. Overall what I went for, customer service... was diabolical.

the staff at the mirage store on ecclesall road are super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. i assume the staff that fail their ‘mirage customer service’ course get sent to this store in town.

The guy working was very helpful and explained the difference between the e liquids available to me. He even offered to set my new e cigarette up! Great customer service.
