UB Corporation park and ride

I cannot stress enough about how much this car park should be avoided. I could write a book about what a horrendous experience I have had. If you ever wonder what does it mean, you get what you pay, well this is the perfect definition.They have absolutely no system in place, car keys are missing, waiting for transfer from and to the airport is over an hour, they asked to call in advance however they never answer.When I dropped my car there was a car blocking the exit and it belonged to a staff who was not even there!!!

Do not park here! Do ne let your pride and joy to be handled by dodgy people and to be covered in dust. I had to tip the driver £20 to take me to the airport as he wanted to wait for more possible customers. I could not wait and I was getting really anxious about making it on time. As soon as I mentioned the £20 the driver jumped from his seat. He had to stop for fuel on the way there and what supposed to be 15 minutes transfer, took more than 40 minutes. On the way back I was lucky as the minibus was waiting at bus stop 17 with 2 other guys inside. On arrival they had to look for my key as they didn't have any reference of it. I found it myself. The car was filthy covered with dust, but I felt sorry for other cars parked in there more than I did for mine, as some of them were top of the range Mercs, Audis and BMW's. Do not park in here. When I booked this car park the reviews didn't exist on google.

Arrived at the carpark, (if you can call it that), to an absolute shambles, no organisation what-so-ever. The cabin/reception was scattered with keys. There was no computer and no kind of system.We did manage to get to the airport and not miss our flight, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The drive to the airport was a bit scary, with the driver on his mobile most of the way. The bus to take you to and from the airport is very old and some seatbelts do not work.When we called to be collected we had to wait for 40minutes. When we were finally collected our driver took a long route and stopped to get fuel. Which was a bit annoying after having to wait for so long. But then the driver told us that he couldn't pay for the fuel so we had to wait for someone to come a pay, so another 10 minutes waiting. The carpark (the gravel slipway) is not 15minutes from the airport, it is more like 30 or an hour if they stop for fuel! We were happy to get the car back, even if it was covered in dust! All in all, just avoid!!

No option for no stars. Car park is not secure, very disorganised. The card they give you is irrelevant as our key was not tagged and they couldn’t find our key. Cars are moved after you leave it and are parked touching bumper to bumper.Waited nearly an hour for collection and when driver finally arrived at airport the very old van back door wouldn’t open so we had to clamber over luggage to get people in.Driver very apologetic but other man in office / cabin was very arrogant but did manage to eat his sandwich whilst trying to find our key! When challenged about the process of putting a tag on key to match customer card , he said they ran out! Total disregard for our property.Car very dirty, avoid at all costs!

Do not use this company. Driver was unkempt and unwashed, the pickup mini bus smelt and unclean. we had to come back from hols on an emergency, phoned 5 times and they took 2 hours to pick us up, so much for the 20 min pick up from calling them. In the end after 3 hours we caught a taxi which cost us £45. There was no one on site, all cars were not secure as I rang security showing on building, and they did not cover site. Gates have never been shut as weeds growing through them. Our cars are left unsecured. We waited another hour then the driver turned up, he could not find the keys to the cars which were blocking us in, my husband took an hour sorting through the keys to move the car. 6 hours after landing we managed to get our car.

Same comments as most people. Waited nearly an hour for the coach to airport. On return ...waited nearly 2 hours ...and then they took me to the wrong carpark.... telling me my car had been removed.asked Did I see my car and gave me a load of car keys !!!.When I returned to the original carpark..very rude man in office... told me nothing was his fault. Finally found my car ...covered in dust. We had to valet it to be able to drive home..NOT AN experience I want again..after spending 24hrs travelling.I am reporting this company to trading standards.

By far the cheapest car park and ride I was able to find, and has the advantage of accepting high side vehicles and cars with roof boxes.I was not impressed when I turned up at the Dorney site, having booked online, and was told that the site was full and that I needed to drive to an alternative site 20 minutes away. I was given a post code and sent on my way. Not great and they definitely lose a star for that basic error. It caused a great deal of stress and the risk of missing my flight.However, the return journey and collecting the car was fine. We had a slight delay waiting for the minibus, but no big deal. The driver was very friendly and polite, a lovely chap. My car was dusty but, again, no big deal. It had been stored in a locked compound and seemed reasonably secure to me.I think this company may be relatively new to the parking business. It needs to improve its organisation (ie making sure there are no over bookings, managing the keys carefully, and ensuring that customers are aware that there are two different parking areas). But if they iron out those issues, they will do very well as they are a far more cost-effective alternative to some of the other companies out there.

I will never use this company again! I had a very bad experience with this company. Upon arrival we had to wait for 45 minutes and the driver suggested that I should carry my children on my lap through a half an hour journey on highway as he didn't have enough space in his van. Upon arrival to the car park there was a complete chaos as we couldn't find my key . There were hundreds of scattered keys in the counter and after we located the car key I noticed that the plastic was broken and a piece was missing. He of course denied it was his doing and took me to the car. Inside the car there were foot prints on my seats and plastic compartment where the gear stick is and stunk of his unwashed smell. I have learned my lesson... when you choose cheap you will get cheap. Disgusting service!!!!

Awful.Should have known it was going to be bad when we arrived and a woman leaving told us not to leave our car there. The place is hard to find and is literally a wasteland with a small run down cabin for a ‘reception’. There was no one there when we arrived so I rang the number provided on original booking and was met with a very rude reply from the guy. We didn’t get a text an hour prior as stated on the initial booking. The shuttle arrived after about 25 minutes, very run down and smelly minibus. A woman who had just got off arrived to find her car had been parked in an area they had no access to. All chaos and the driver chucked our key at the ‘manager’ so we didn’t get a key number.Skip to coming back. Phoned when through baggage as requested. The minibus only holds 8 people and there were already 8 people in front of us so we had to wait an hour until the bus dropped off and came back it’s 25 min drive to the parking. Was continually told 10 mins wait by the manager, very unhelpful and said ‘what do you want me to do, I can’t track my drivers’. Only one driver and one minibus on. Arrived back to the manager being extremely rude because we didn’t have a key number and literally threw a box of keys at me to sort out. Extremely rude and confrontational. Got my car and drove off as a quickly as I could. My car does now have some small black scratches on the side noticeable as it’s a white car but think I got off luckily as someone else who had left a car there had a damaged bumper. Only saving a grace was our original driver who was pleasant. I know it’s cheap but save your money and park elsewhere!
